I purchased the ceviche to go and was very disappointed. It was overly salty, and they put pepper on it ! Who does that ! Too small a portion for the price. I was looking forward to trying the restaurant as I drove by it multiple times, and was just very disappointed.

Great tasting food
The food was good. The girl served well but it seemed so absurd to me to charge $61.44 just for service. When I asked the waitress she said that's what the restaurant charges??♀️

The waitress did not appear at the table, I had to go to pay at the cashier.
And then they charge you whatever they want in tips, almost 40.00 dollars for a lunch. It's 18% tip.
It makes me rude because of the bad attention

Wow, excellent place for me, the best even if they make me wait it doesn't matter because they prepare my food instantly fresh and gone like 7 kisses and I will continue to do so

I love and appreciate Nicaraguan food very much. Whenever I have the chance to visit a city in North America, I always search for Nicaraguan restaurants. That said, this is my true opinion and experience for this property.
The service was great, very friendly staff and even though i chose not to eat inside the restaurant, I had no doubt that the service was going to be superlative.
Bahia, disappointed me in so many ways about the food I purchased. I ordered a chicken fritanga instead of the steak. I wasn’t in the mood to eat red meat. Chicken was the same price as the steak, not sure why but ok. Their gallo pinto was terrible, if not the worst I’ve ever tried, it tasted old and preheated. Dry and old fried plantains, their chicken was ok, but they can’t go wrong with a piece of chicken. Their queso frito (fried cheese) was ok as well. Overall, terrible and expensive. I ended up paying $23 plus $1.35 if you payed with card.
Will not be coming back again!

My 3rd time there. Tried a new dish everytime. They have not missed yet. Food is AMAZING ????. Pollo a la canasta was my dish of choice today. The variety of flavors send will send you on a adventure. Definitely a experience everyone should try. Plate is served in a great portion and comforting. Along with a great atmosphere. Giving you the feeling you are eating at the comfort of your own kitchen. Service extremely friendly and attentive. Adding positively to the experience. I will definitely be returning soon for my next adventure. Which plate should be next....
