La Barbacoa is a vibrant restaurant serving delicious Barbacoa dishes. The atmosphere is lively, with live music and a welcoming ambiance that's perfect for families and dates. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The menu offers a range of options, including authentic birria tacos, carne asada plates with rice and beans, and queso fundido con chorizo. The birria tacos, available in beef and chivo, are delicious with great flavor, though some prefer them more toasted. The carne asada is flavorful, and the flan is amazingly delicious. While the lamb broth has an acquired taste and the queso fundido disappointed some, the food is consistently tasty. The Agua de limon and sodas received mixed reviews, but the service remains out of this world awesome. With its excellent service, good food, and beautiful atmosphere, La Barbacoa is a great spot to visit in Vegas.
