Tried a new spot with the buddies and the surrounding area is so nice for a post-meal walk and shop. Food was decent but the pizza and appetizer combo were the real main characters. Also they have indoor and outdoor seating which is elite. Nice hang out spot.

No space inside so we were seated outside . It’s nice and relax area but it was a bit warm. They could make it a bit more comfortable by having some sort of a mist system. The service is good but the food is just ok. The portion of the lamb chops are a bit small and could use a better marinade.

We visited this restaurant because my husband ,who is Italian, absolutely wanted to try it.What can I say …everything was perfect !We ordered a Caprese salad that was incredibly fresh and flavorful, crispy golden calamari and two off-menu specials pacheri with lobster and fettuccine with lamb !
I’m so happy we discovered this restaurant. We even had the pleasure of meeting the Chef ,who came over to greet
us ,refilled our water glasses ,and asked if everything was okay .Such a sweet and kind person! Thank you Milano !We will definitely be back very often!

Below average food. Caprese salad had one piece of basil and mushy tomatoes and pasta tasted like it came from a jar. Though the food was disappointing the service was lovely.

This is a special place. Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is incredible. It was such a pleasant surprise. The balcony overlooking the town center was absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to go again.

I travel from Southern California to come here so that I could eat authentic Italian food. They use all Italian-imported ingredients, including the flour, and my stomach knows that because I'm allergic to all wheat flour and corn products in the US. This whole menu for me is safe to eat and I've always had great service here. The arincini di riso has an amazing sauce; polpette di carne were really good; the ravioli funghi porcini is so delicious if you love mushrooms and so is the Norcia pizza. Oh, and the bread! Eat the bread. This is my #1 favorite place to visit in Vegas, before the casinos and the shows and everything else. It makes me miss Italy a little and can't wait to try the whole menu. Don't forget to order the Tiramisu or the canolis for dessert!

Very disappointed in the food here. Caesar salad was just meh, bruschetta had WAY too much onion, as it overpowered the experience (plus, they should not have put the bruschetta on the toast for carry out, as it meant the bread was soggy by the time we got home), & most disappointing: the amount of toppings on the (very small) pizzas were sparse! Overall: nothing was spectacular and it is way too pricey for the quality.

Made reservations for Mother’s Day and was seated right away. Everyone was so nice from the minute we entered the restaurant. We had the Mother’s Day special Arancini which were delicious. We also 5 different pasta dishes that were all amazing! All the dishes were made to order and brought out hot! The presentation was beautiful. They brought out complimentary desserts for the moms.
Service was top notch! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant located at Town square mall.

Our favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas is definitely Milano Restaurant at Town Square! The food is always authentic and full of flavor — the carbonara is absolutely amazing and one of the best we’ve had. The owners are incredibly nice and friendly, and they always take the time to chat and make you feel welcome like family. The service and atmosphere keep us coming back every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real Italian food and a great dining experience in Las Vegas!
