I went to this place and asked for a sample of the ice cream, which was denied to me by a bald man with glasses. It is very rare for this to happen in ice cream shops. They always give you the sample and the truth is that I decided to leave with my family.And don't buy this place anymore. And by the way, we went to another place that is by the Bonita market. The people were super nice and very friendly and they didn't refuse to give us the test.

Beware walked in before they closed at around 9 and the worker said that they stop making anything at 9. And they only offer ice cream and what ever is in their case that they premade. So even though there hours say they close at 10 they really close at 9.

Took a gf to check out ice cream flavors that can be different. When asking for a sample, young girl behind counter advised they don't do samples, which is very odd for an ice cream shop. I then proceeded to ask her what "chongos zamoranos" were? She stated it was a Mexican fruit. I had never heard of a fruit called that, but I don't pretend to know all. My friend ordered that and told me that if she didn't like it, she'd toss it. Googling after the fact stated it was a sweetened curdled milk with cinnamon and sugar. If the girl wouldn't give a sample, then at least know the products you're selling. Will not go back.

Terrible service I went for an esquite and they didn't take out the broth apart from that they put a large amount of mayonnaise and it was all on the top ?first and last time I go I don't recommend them

Definitely don’t recommend going here they don’t fill the corn in a cup to the top like they used to. And if you want it to the top they charge an extra 1.

Today I visited this place and it was bad service. We ordered a Milk Sheik and it was orible they put a lot of sugar in it. Then I asked for the ice cream test and he told me that they didn't give it. Then I asked for a snack that comes out here in his post. What does he do and he told me that They don't prepare that and some super horrible frozen strawberries. I don't recommend this place. The girls who work there were very rude and they disrespected each other very badly with strong words.
