Very clean! Great decor! Excellent selection of ice cream and contemporary snacks! We loved our paletas!

Really expensive, paid 12 bucks for tostilocos, they came in a small little tray when everywhere else they serve em in a full tray for the same price. 2 stars cus they were good but it was just chips with a little tiny bit of what makes em tostilocos.

Literally so glad I came here , I’m a couple months pregnant and TikTok and cravings won lol , the lady and gentlemen that are here are so attentive and literally just were smiling ✨ I got the watermelon water and an esquite 🌽 and I’m so happy and so is the baby 😂✨🦋🦋

24 for this?? What's the point of the lids, the cup is half empty. Over priced for half empty cups

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE !!!! Old fruit with the fresas con crema they didnt even fill crema all the way up they are codos …… and for the esquite they also put little bit of corn and the lady seem to be frustrated with a new employee

Wish I could give a better review but please update your closing hours. I was excited to get some ice cream only to come and the shop be closed at 9 when it says you guys close at 10.

Not the best customer service. Prices are high. And beware. A guest in front of me was complaining saying their corn was hard and if they could get a different one and they said no. Also my child didn’t like the ONE scoop of ice cream she picked and they wouldn’t exchange it for a different flavor. I would’ve made sure to try samples if I would’ve known. Normally businesses are about customer satisfaction but this business clearly is not.

Experience on the 1st visit wasn't great. They didn't have half of the things we wanted to order, & what they did have. Wasn't all that good. We got a couple scoops of ice cream, different flavors, for the kids. I got myself a mangonada. The kids didn't like their ice cream, they said it didn't taste like the flavors they chose. & my Mangonada didn't taste like an original mangonada. They added way too much chamoy & the ice cream was more on the bitter side.

First time here. Got some nachos, cup of elote, and aqua fresca. All good. Will be back for sure.

My recent visit to this location was highly disappointing. I ordered two repasados, but the staff member repeatedly forgot my order, which was frustrating. Additionally, the payment process took an unacceptably long 10 minutes, during which I was incorrectly charged for items I did not order. This adds more to this already negative experience. The level of customer service I received was far below acceptable standards.

Felt like the ac was broken, not sure, very hot. Staff moved very slow. Elote was not good. Cheesecake bar was not good. Mango serbet was good.
