My recent visit to this location was highly disappointing. I ordered two repasados, but the staff member repeatedly forgot my order, which was frustrating. Additionally, the payment process took an unacceptably long 10 minutes, during which I was incorrectly charged for items I did not order. This adds more to this already negative experience. The level of customer service I received was far below acceptable standards.

Felt like the ac was broken, not sure, very hot. Staff moved very slow. Elote was not good. Cheesecake bar was not good. Mango serbet was good.

Kid-friendliness: It is a large, pleasant, clean, and colorful space, which attracts a lot of children's attention, variety, the seats are comfortable, it also has a section to take beautiful photos of the children ???????

Great place to be. Lots of great options and all delicious so far of what we tried. Good spot, looks like they're renovating to make it even better.

When my mom takes me to go get ice cream she takes me here it's a real nice place to be at. Love it here

Very clean, the person who serves is very nice

There's an awful smell when you step in that just turns you off from the whole place, management needs to address this.

$5.46 for a regular elote . I couldn't even believe it when my daughter was telling me. I figured they'd made a mistake . I went in and asked how much for elote and sure enough $5 46. My daughter got hot Cheeto dust on hers which was an extra $1. The corn itself was not very flavorful. This is a nice place tho it is cute and clean. Maybe we will try again for ice cream and mangolada

My good friend recommended this place right when I was deciding on an dessert spot to take my girls and this place DID NOT disappoint! SUPER DELICIOUS and th girls couldn’t stop complimenting every bite they took haha it was that yummy ? needless to say we’re coming back ?

There was no variety

Fast and fun! The girls are very kind and they have soooo many awesome flavors, mamey will forever be my favorite but also tequila ice cream!!!

The paletas are the best! Excellent customer service. So happy they finally opened.
