I went there to get ceviche, and was really excited. I ordered the tropical. To my disgust the shrimp was not de-viened correctly, and the shrimp was under cooked, i.e. not prepared correctly and unsafe to eat. I saw it my first bite, which I took out of my mouth. I did taste the sauce which was slimmy and too thick, almost like ketchup. Immediately I lost my appetite. I informed my waitress, who was so nice. I asked for the check, paid for my soda and on the way out informed the manager, who told me she was informed by the waitress, and offered no apology. Her attitude was dismissive, and indicated to me my concern was of no importance, I felt unwelcome, and unimportant. I can not imagine how many people have eaten there and consumed the digestive and intestine tract of shrimp filled with waste and bacteria! How many people have been served improper food? She simply stated, thank you for telling me, your waitress already told me. I will not be going back, I do not like the food or the managers response. Terrible and unsafe for consumption! I should have taken a picture to publish.
