La Neveria Ice Cream Shop

I took my kids here yesterday to get some ice cream and they got sick within hours !! They both were throwing up all night & they didn’t throw up any food it was literally the ice cream! I’m never taking my kids here again. I’m so glad my youngest didn’t want any or he probably would’ve got sick too. Worst experience ever now I have to miss work.

Not what I expected water was good not the duro loco to dry not a tipical chicharrón preparado ? servicio to rude they don't even let you look when the girl is hurrying you up and to expensive (not everything tho) place is nice n the music too ?

My first time visiting this place and unfortunately Mrs. Who served me or, the person who serves me is very despotic to respond to the customer, very curt, as if they were giving you the things I asked for a snow test and she denied it, she said that they didn't do that and they didn't have spoons, if it is, I don't know. I also recommend the snows that were served to us, they were super sweet and flavorless.

I rarely crave these things and today I craved a corn and some nachos and they even asked me if I wanted jalapeños, to which I asked them yes, or surprise, they didn't give me or put any chilies since the corn is good, but for one Mexican without chili, not good, so if you order takeout, check that they put all the condiments, greetings

I ordered some crepes with CAJETA FILLING and they served it with caramel syrup, the texture of the crepes was HORRIBLE. I do not strongly recommend ordering this type of dessert. The high price for something that was not worth it.

Delicious ice cream, my son loved it. I ordered a crepe, it had no flavor, I didn't like it... but it sells everything.

I've already come about 4 times, how delicious everything is. The milkshakes are the best. The cakes, the attention and the very nice place. And entertaining . I recommend it

If you can deal with the overtly rude and distasteful customer service, you'll enjoy an incredible raspado.

I was going to buy a raspado but I have my dog in the car so took my dog to go and buy it and I see on the door pets not allowed lol so I turn back .

So so good! First time here. Big portions, super friendly. I had snickers ice cream and it was so smooth and melty, almost like soft-serve. The cookies and cream was amazing too! Photo of snickers on top, almost gone. ?

they sell some of the best horchata I have ever had. chamoy ice cream was also delish. great prices. 10/10 do recommend. so glad I didn’t go to baskin robbins.

I found a strange piece, it seemed mojo but I don't know what it was in my chamangonada, I think it's called, and the cucumber water with lemon has a lot of pulp, you almost have to chew it instead of drinking it for the first time, boy I wouldn't go back to this place

Their tortas planchadas are really good, their fresas con crema are the best I’ve ever tried. The agua de fresa was really good too.
