This place is seriously the best. We come here all the time. Some of our favorites are the Dubai strawberry cup, strawberry tres leches, and the shakes. My niece and nephews love coming here to get paletas after school and we look forward to the new ice cream flavors they create. By far, our favorite thing about this place is the staff. They are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Bob is passionate about what he does and it shows. The service here is phenomenal and makes this place very special to us.

i am amazed by the customer service here. they are so nice and friendly and make everything you order exactly how you want. i came today for the first time seeking something that would remind me of home (south texas). i was immediately greeted with a kind smile and welcoming “hello” by the lady working there today. i ordered my chamoyada and she meticulously crafted it. she took her time ensuring she gave me a perfect chamoyada that embodied exactly what i asked for. she put fresh fruit and fresh candy, cut a fresh lime to put on top and even sprinkled salt and chile powder on top. every detail was thought of when making this chamoyada for me. on top of that, this kind lady working today bowed to me with all respect and thanked me for coming to the shop. absolutely wonderful place to go, my chamoyada was perfect and tasted amazing. definitely recommending this place to all my family and friends!

This place is unbelievable. My girlfriend has been ordering from here through DoorDash for a long time, and today we were waiting on our food — only to find out they gave it to the wrong driver.
Mistakes happen, we get that. But instead of remaking the order, we were told, “I’m not running a business to lose money.”
That’s not just unprofessional — it’s the exact mindset that keeps businesses from growing. The cost of remaking a small order is nothing compared to the value of a loyal customer, and any real business owner understands that.
A responsible business: – Takes ownership when they make a mistake – Makes it right, even if it costs a little – Values customer trust over a few dollars
Instead, we were blamed for something we had zero control over and refused a replacement for their error. That’s a fast way to lose customers — and we won’t be ordering again.
Hopefully the owner takes this as constructive feedback and learns the basics of running a successful business. Customer service isn’t a loss — it’s an investment. Do better.

I’m truly smitten over this charming dessert shop that’s located right by my house. It offers an array of sweet treats that are freshly made with love. The customer service and ambiance was one of our favorite parts of the experience. They were unbelievably so kind and welcoming. They let us know about all of the items they offered and we were able to try a few free samples of the ice-cream before purchasing. My husband ordered his favorite cookies and cream, but I decided to try something different. I got a scoop of the Cotija cheese and strawberry ice cream, layered it with fresh strawberries and topped it with crushed graham crackers. Both of our desserts were so delicious we absolutely devoured them. There were just so many different treats to choose from, so we’ll definitely have to come back for more.

I love coming here whenever I crave dessert which is often. I've tried their mango chamoyada before and that was really fresh. My favorite is their traditional tres leches because it's so good and I like that it comes with a lot of fresh strawberries, peanuts, and whipped cream. We also tried their Dubai chocolate version! Also really good. That's my husband's preferred way.
Our shared favorite is the mini pancakes especially when theyre a little crispy! Perfect texture that way and great taste. We like it with the strawberry ice cream, Nutella, and bananas and strawberries. Can't wait to come back for more!
