I had the pappardelle con funghi, and it was bland, mushy, and completely without taste. The staff was friendly, and the pasta came out piping hot. But that’s not worth $48 for a small bowl of pasta and a glass of wine. Fortunately I didn’t have to tip since the buttons on the card reader were not working. Do yourself a favor, and go across the street to Olive Garden. Their pasta is tastier and definitely less expensive.

I had the gnocchetti con ragu toscano in July 2024. The short rib was tough and the sauce lacked depth. At $35 for this one plate, I really wished I went to the Olive Garden across the street instead.

Ordered cacio e pepe, disgusting, extremely salty. Tried again, pasta with tomatoes, pasta was extremely al dente... extremely expensive for pre made sauces (server told me this) $26. Avoid!!

The food quality and service are way below the prices. Disappointed. Lasagna was probably microwaved. No bread for dipping. The expensive truffle pasta situation was watery AF. Waited WAY too long with my credit on my head for the check.

The pasta bolognese was very good! Freshly prepared and delicious. There would have been a little more pepper but otherwise highly recommended! The price is high but the portion was decent!

The pasta was good but about a quarter of what I would expect, especially for $30+. There were about a dozen noodles that I wouldn't even consider an appetizer.

As a real estate agent from Sioux Falls, SD, attending a real estate conference in Las Vegas, I had the pleasure of dining at La Pasta Fresca in Eataly, and it was an extraordinary experience! Located in the vibrant Eataly marketplace, La Pasta Fresca offers authentic Italian cuisine that is truly unforgettable.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the conference. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. The fresh pasta dishes were nothing short of spectacular, with each bite showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of traditional Italian cooking. The spaghetti carbonara and the pappardelle with wild boar ragu were particular standouts.

La Pasta Fresca at Eataly is a must-visit for anyone in Las Vegas. Whether you're a local or just visiting for a conference like me, you’ll appreciate the incredible flavors and impeccable service. I’m already looking forward to my next meal there!

How to save yourself $34: buy some canned pasta from a gas station and microwave it.

What a hidden gem! We are glad we just jumped in and hadn't looked at other reviews. Our experience was great. If this was our hotel, we'd be regulars.

Give it a try!

This place is ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre food they offer. I ordered the tagliatelle with bolognese and it was just plain BAD. This dish tastes like a cheap microwave dinner/ bad cafeteria food. My husband ordered the Mezzanine Luna pasta and he thought it was very plain and lacking any flavor. We spent about 70 dollars for bland, horrible food. Just skip this place! You can do way better.

Do not go here!!! You'll be very upset upon receiving your food. The portions are tiny!!!
And omg is it over priced. As term of taste, it's just regular pasta, similar to olive garden.

I usually read the reviews before I go. This one I did not... Big mistake! Please don't make the same mistake as me!

This feedbag is nothing more than a ridiculously overpriced cafeteria pretending to be authentic! I spent $22 for a small (should be on the kids menu) bowl of undercooked pasta with a sprinkle of fake parmesan cheese! It would've been $27 if I wanted real baked cheese on top! Experiences like this are the reason I won't ever visit Vegas again! Do yourself a favor; go to the Target across the street and purchase a can of Chef Boyardee for a tenth of the cost! Now, eat that and compare to this tourist trap! You'll discover that the smell, taste and texture are probably very similar! Don't waste your time or money at this dung heap!
