Over done and dry. Basically just plain rice in an over done shell. Don't recommend the Arancine! $18 for this...
If you are looking for Subway Italian sub, don't come here.
If you are looking for food like you ate in Italy, this will take you back to there. All the meat is authentic from Italy made with quality ingredients and doesn't need sauces, condiments etc to taste good. You taste the meat, you taste the fresh mozzarella, you taste the authentic bread, the fresh vegetables etc.
Ridiculous that people are giving this place one star and complaining about the price. Across the street Gordon Ramsey is selling $38 hamburgers lol!
And yes, focaccia is exactly supposed to be spongy and covered in olive oil, the stuff you buy at Trader Joes is not real focaccia.
If you have eaten and love the food in Italy, Eataly is worth coming to and reminiscing about the fabulous food and wine you experienced there.
For Italian street food they are charging sit down prices. I’ve been to Italy and these sandwiches go for no more than 8 euros.
They are not bad but not $18 dollar for a small sandwich.
Staff rude
Stale, Flavorless bread. Very little meat and cheese. Yeah wow not even worth $5 let alone over 20.
7-Eleven's turkey sandwich blows this out of the water. What a stain on eataly

The half rotisserie chicken is prepared. It's probably stored in the cooler waiting to be ordered and heated in the oven along with the side order either baked potatoes or brussel sprouts.. Is the chicken taste better than Costco chicken? I don't know , it could be a close contest.
The chicken is so dried, I couldn't finish it.

Average pricing compared to other places on the strip. Food was good. Mortadella and Prosciutto Cotto seemed fresh and wasn't dry at all like other reviews. Dining area was clean and wasn't to busy on a Tuesday around 2pm.

I'm sorry to give a bad review but I do it because I hope it will be better in the future.. I had a bad experience, I ordered the focaccia sopressata sandwich, the bread looked like a sponge super soaked in oil, the lady at the cash register was stressed and rude, I asked if it was possible to reheat my bread and he said no, the strange thing though is that before I ordered I saw another lady who works there in the same place who was reheating the same thing I ordered, she has an oven electric they weren't busy, there weren't many people around in fact there was no one there when I ordered, so they could also heat up my sandwich. but that's fine so I'll never go back to them again.

Ordered the prime rib panini and I couldn’t have been more disappointed… oh wait yea I could, forgot to mention the fact that it was $28! A complete and total rip-off. The sandwich had one single layer of prime rib beef and a spritz of olive oil. It was a dry, tasteless sandwich, that was 95% bread. Do NOT buy this sandwich. My wife had another selection that was half the price of my sandwich and it wasn’t bad, but also very forgettable, as I don’t recall what it was called. I’d recommend avoiding this place altogether. $50 for two sandwiches and our money would have been better spent at nearly any spot on the strip. Would have gladly spent half that money at Whataburger and been far more satisfied.

The place is very nice, I have visited the EATALY in NY and Chicago and this one is quite simple but the people are not very friendly.
I liked the food at this place, I ate the mortadella panini and the aranchinis twice. It has many options, you can even order a glass of wine or typical Italian sodas.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place on the Estrada has a ramp and automatic doors that facilitate entry

Tried the tradizionnale (prime rib sandwich) with added provolone.
The panino was good, the cheese added a lot of flavour and it was filling.
Overall a bit dry as it lacked sauce or more olive oil and the beef was a bit too well done for my taste.
A bit overprice and waiting was about 12 minute after order on lunch hours

I ordered the Prosciutto Cotto Panini and I loved the tenderness of the meat as well as the crunchiness of the bread on the outside and the softness on the inside. Service here was much better than service at other places in Eataly, but could have been better as well. The atmosphere is pretty cool, I like the food court feel of all the different italian places and it’s definitely super cute! Also shout out to our server Miguel for being one of the nicer servers my mom and I experienced in Eataly today!

While the tradizionale was good, the staff was horrible, acting in a very rude manner - literally laughed at my face when I asked for the mayo on the sandwich that's supposed to have mayo.Would check any of the other places, even more so at this price.
