Really great dining experience. The only thing that I will comment on is that they didn't have the bottle of wine that we had selected originally, so they gave us a glass of a Sauternes to try. It was a beautiful glass, and then when we asked for the bottle the bottle tasted much different than the glass. Our wait staff, Lisa, was extremely professional and attentive. All restaurant staff were very professional and put dining guests' needs at the top. The La Strega Insulata (salad) was big and delicious with different kinds of arugula, though it didn't need so much salt. My branzino was a little over cooked and under-seasoned.
