Our wait staff, Lisa, was extremely professional and attentive. All restaurant staff were very professional and put dining guests' needs at the top. The La Strega Insulata (salad) was big and delicious with different kinds of arugula, though it didn't need so much salt. My branzino was a little over cooked and under-seasoned. I did not like the charred kale which was on top. They serve the whole fish which I loved. Roman egg drop soup had a lot of kale. It was refreshing....
Ordered the scallops, stracci, rigatoni bolognese, & campfire panna cotta. Everything was exceptional! The beef cheeks were so tender & flavorful and the pasta for both dishes were cooked to perfection. Everything is made from scratch with seasonal menus. The service was excellent, everyone was so attentive.

We kicked things off with a smoked Old Fashioned for me, while Candice—true to form—went straight for the bread service, featuring grape and white onion focaccia. And yes… because bread. Absolute must-order.
