The most expensive bread I have ever bought in my life, the price seems exaggerated to me, they charge me 27 dollars for a bread and a water

The laziest employees in the entire Luxor casino food court

8:45 and I’m told they’re closed even though they’re open to 9… guess I have to buy overpriced food somewhere else in the food

Got food poisoning. Wanted to opt for a healthier option rather than heavy greasy food. The girl taking our orders was rude and judgmental on what we wanted. She burnt my husbands sandwich to ash. I had asked to swap out the Cesar dressing for ranch instead on my wrap and she put so much ranch in it that it oozed out and made each bite like drinking directly from the ranch bottle. I had to stop after a few bites. Then I got food poisoning from the food to top it all off.Pretty overpriced and terrible quality.

Such bad customer service. We waited while the lady chatted with her friend and they are so slow. The food is alright. My wife is deaf and they struggled to serve her without me actively interpreting.

Ordered meatball sub, sauce was not flavored (taste like canned tomato sauce nothing added) they advertise buckets of beer, but you only purchase 1 large can for $16, this place is nothing to write home

I got the deli sub with turkey and enjoyed it! The price is reasonable for what you get! The sandwich is a pretty decent size, had leftovers! The food court itself was always clean!

The quality of service was horrible. The girl working the counter was rude and then took my food to the back so I just walked away. The good thing is it made me go to Johnny Rockets and they were very helpful and didn't treat me like they didn't want customers bothering them. I should have known better because I tried calling the LA Subs & Salads from my room in the Luxor to order ahead and after 3 attempts to call and no one answering, even though they had no line of customers when I walked there, should have told me they didn't want to be there working anyway. Customer Service has really changed these days.

The meat is all sliced to order so there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it for the food and price. It's still Vegas pricing but I felt good about the quality. Get the prosciutto panini! Highly recommend.

The sandwiches are big! Lots of meat and cheese, they don’t skimp! The staff wasn’t very friendly, but it was near the end of the day and I’m sure they were tired. This is a good place if you want to grab a quick bite of lunch.

Are You Actually Kidding

Went here twice during my stay at the Luxor. First time it was pretty good, quick, friendly service. Meat sliced to order. The staff was nice, sandwich was tasty. The second visit? Idk where to start. There were 3 employees working, about 3 people in line when I got there. Two of the employees appeared to be new or just worked extremely slow. The third employee was a lady (supervisor or shift lead in a black shirt?). She was cleaning the sink when I got there. 5 mins later, still cleaning the sink and the line continued to grow to about 10 people. 15 mins into my wait and the 2nd person in line still hadn't been served. The shift lead lady moved on to cleaning counters, totally ignoring the line and not helping her struggling staff. About 20 mins in she turned around and was very rude to the other 2 employees. I've worked many years in the food service industry. Girl put the towel down and help move the line, cleaning can wait until the rush is over. Idk who made this lady shift lead, but yikes... pay attention.

Food court lunch. Flavours were good. Sliced to order meats. Freshly baked bread, although my white sub bun was drier/older. Not fresh. Sub n chips expensive but as expected in a hotel in Vegas I guess. Would go

I had THE BEST Asian Chicken salad! They grilled the chicken while I waited. I had a salad without the chicken the night before and couldn't get it off my mind so I went back again! Delicious!

Been coming here for years. My favorite is Turkey and Swiss but all their sandwiches are legit and they use boars head so it's worth the price tag
