Really great customer service and atmosphere but the breakfast was a big let down for me. I tried both the sausage and bacon sandwiches and they were served to me cold and they both tasted like they had been sitting on a counter for hours. The sausage was extra bad. Their spicy ketchup dip was pretty good though.
I stopped into Lardo and tried the “BEERIA” grilled cheese, it was absolutely incredible. The Modelo-braised beef was rich and savory, the Oaxaca and jack cheeses added the perfect creamy melt, and the chili consommé on the side tied everything together with a little kick. The sourdough was perfectly crisp and held up to all the gooey goodness inside. Every bite had that balance of comfort food and bold flavor. Food came out quickly, and the whole experience was fantastic....
This place is bomb. We were near this place yesterday and the cooks told us to come back—so we did. The girl running the grill and the other girl working the line were right—and they made the most incredible sandwiches. So much flavor, cooked to well, and the service was awesome. Love the Cosmo, but I’ve never been here. Next time I’m back in town, I’ll come back.
