Everything was good except the Tlayuda, do not advertise them if you gonna butch them. It’s one of the most popular dishes in Oaxaca and it doesn’t deserve first to be advertised as from Puebla. Second the way it’s prepared doesn’t help it at all( cook it on open flame at least, add mor beans and add cotija cheese cause the quesillo you use it’s not authentic) not worth the $20 . Everything else was delicious, Puebla’s cuisine it’s well known for their salsas...

Found out about them bc of an ig story. Saw they had tlayudas and I HAD to come! Yall I been craving them since i visited cali, which was months ago.Nadamas, it had very little frijoles. Barely actually but its still fire. And omg the salsas! I got 1 of each bc I didn't know what to expect. Should have gotten more!!Next time I'll get cemitas ?also i always get nervous doing something new and the woman taking my order was very sweet.
