We had a very large group in town for a tournament - Kayla was absolutely the best! We were sat in a very timely manner - service was excellent even though we were in a big group. Everything was perfect!

We had brunch (I had breakfast my wifey had lunch). Food and atmosphere was good. One thing about Black Bear Diners is that they are consistently the same in the quality of their food. Service is also very good. Fast friendly and professional. Jenny was our server and she was just AWESOME.

Food 👎🏻 Ordered well done got medium well. Onion rings could you spare them there were like 5 and not all large.
Service 👎🏻 Unprofessional Asst Mgr cashed out my ticket and didn’t me a receipt. When I requested one he had an attitude.
Atmosphere 👎🏻 Walked into a freezer, the place was so cold.
