The brand “Italy” alone does not represent class; customer service does. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Las Vegas location made me lose all respect for the brand.

Over the weekend, I visited this location expecting the level of professionalism and courtesy that justifies your premium pricing. While your coffee is widely known to be overpriced, customers still choose your brand because it is marketed as a premium experience. Respectful service is a basic expectation.

During my visit, I asked a very simple question before taking my order when its ready: “Is this my latte?” That was all. In response, that little asian guy with cheap attitude just shouted at me aggressively for no reason. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I would have dragged him out of the counter and smacked him.
This interaction was so unpleasant that it negatively affected my entire Vegas trip and stayed on my mind for days. No customer should be treated this way, especially when paying premium prices.

This message is directed to management: please train your staff properly or ensure that employees placed at the counter are capable of treating customers with basic respect. Allowing behavior like this will eventually damage your brand’s reputation and could seriously harm your franchise image.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers do not experience the same disappointment.

Didn’t feel like playing “How long is the Starbucks line today?” so I came here instead — and I’m so glad I did. Super fast service, everyone was smiling like they actually like their job, the coffee was smooth (no bitter face needed), and the breakfast croissant? 10/10, would order again immediately
