We had a fantastic evening dinner at Le Cirque. The staff (Carl and Jimmy) were attentive, friendly and made us feel at home. All were long time employees and their attention to detail and love for their craft showed. We also got a chance to meet Katherine the manager and chef Jonathan. The wine pairings were exceptional. Marc our sommelier really came through with some amazing pairings. The Sea Bass (loup de mer), and frogs legs (grenouilles) were excellent. A special mention...
One of the big regrets while celebrating my GF and I’s anniversary a year ago was only stopping here for appetizers on our way to L’Atelier for dinner. Backstory:
We arrived at Le Cirque slightly early for our reservation, but our reservation wasn’t on their books. The Maitre D’, I believe her name was Alex (again this was over a year ago), was puzzled. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and we stood there for 15 minutes trying to figure it out....

From the moment we arrived at the hostess stand, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. Every touchpoint of service felt attentive and intentional, from management to the servers.
