Le Thai is a must-visit restaurant in Las Vegas, celebrated for its incredible service and delicious dishes. The menu standouts include the short rib fried rice, pad thai, pork belly bacon, and Thai oxtail beef and meatball noodle soup. The Ube Crème Brûlée is a highlight as well. The aroma of lemongrass and chili wafts from the kitchen, inviting guests to indulge. A bowl of Tom Yum soup is available, tangy and spicy, loaded with prawns and mushrooms. The Pad Thai is perfectly balanced between sweet, sour, and savory, with a hint of smokiness from the wok.
With a cozy and chill atmosphere, Le Thai is a great spot for lunch with friends or a relaxed dinner date. Some dishes may vary in quality, but the short rib fried rice is a standout, especially when ordered with a spice level of 3/5. Guests can choose to add an egg or not. On busy nights, expect a wait of 50-90 minutes on weekends, but there is an outdoor window for to-go orders. The bar offers a nice selection of wines, local brews on tap, and spirits. Many guests find it a neighborhood gem with a warm vibe, great service, and a fantastic playlist. Overall, it is highly recommended, especially for those wanting to try the signature fried rice and enjoy generous portions that are perfect for sharing.
