I tried the short rib fried rice, with a 3/5 spice level ((3 is definitely hot enough to feel it)) and it was excellent. You’re able to add an egg but I chose not too.
Went in on a Monday and got seated without a wait but there’s usually a long line on busy nights, expect to wait 50-90 minutes on weekends. They also have an outdoor window for to-go orders.
