This is such a nice place! After dinner we decided to go the the Legacy Club roof top. It is beautiful you literally can see all over Vegas 360 view.

The view is beautiful, the service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes for our server and I eventually had to get up to ask a waitress that was standing around if she could grab our server. Instead of being helpful, she replied “she should be right over”. After waiting another 5 minutes, our server comes over and asks if we’re ready. We said yes, and she then proceeds to sit down with her legs open in the cocktail dress—unsightly and unprofessional. We asked for water as well and she responded by saying “I need you to sign this paper that states you understand there’s a $50 minimum spend and I’ll need your ID”. Keep in mind this girl has already flashed us, not introduced herself, or apologized for making us wait. We explained to her that we’re staying at the hotel so she only needs id and that we already agreed to the minimum when booking the reservation and she said “Fine, just give me the ID”. Great customer service. We waited another 15 minutes, still no drinks, but she plops down one single bottled water with her fingers touching the mouthpiece—very sanitary. We got up and went to the host to ask for the ID back. The host goes to the bar and comes back and says our waitress will be right with us. We explained to her that wasn’t acceptable and that we wanted to leave. Then a manger came up and we again emphasized that we just wanted the id back and were happy to pay for the water. He said that they just put blue cheese olives in our martinis and that they were ready. That means that they have been sitting out, and that she got our order wrong because only one of us got blue cheese olives. We ended up leaving. It’s sad to see such a beautiful space be put to waste. They try to sell themselves as an upscale bar, but the service is unprofessional and rivals that of your local dive. Hosts are scantily dressed, too many tattoos, too much riff raff, and smoking inside makes it muggy. Have some class, go to the Wynn, wouldn’t recommend.

this rooftop lounge was just what my lover and i needed after endlessly walking around the busy and loud fremont street. the ambiance and atmosphere was gorgeous and we were easily welcomed with the bartenders' friendliness. the cocktails were excellent--we also had a wonderful view of the city from the 35th floor of the circa resort. i would immediately suggest to visit this bar & location when given the chance, especially for a romantic night out with your partner or even just having a birthday celebration with loved ones!

The rooftop/bar is nice, but make sure you check your credit card charges later. The bartender decided to reward himself with an extra $15 tip. I guess he did not count on people taking pictures of receipts..

Well crafted drinks, absolutely breathtaking views. Pleasant staff! Very classy classic vegas feel. This review is coming from a local! Definitely a regular from now on! I had a wonderful conversation with Mr. Rosborough and he was an absolute class act !

One of the best roof top experience on the strip. Perfect atmosphere and vibe. Nice waitresses that really takes care of you. Nice conversation with a cigar about the decor of the bar.

The Legacy club has completely changed. It used to be classy and you could actually have a conversation with your friends. No more. It’s loud and just another dime a dozen Vegas club.

I recently visited Legacy Club and was excited for the upscale experience advertised. The views were absolutely stunning, and the ambiance was beautiful—definitely a one-of-a-kind spot in Vegas.

That said, I was a little disappointed by the inconsistency in enforcing the dress code. I made sure to follow the guidelines listed online (upscale nightlife attire, no sports or casual wear), but once I arrived, I noticed quite a few guests dressed in ways that didn’t match the stated policy—some even in very casual outfits. I ended up feeling overdressed when I thought that was the expectation.

It would be great if the dress code were more consistently enforced or communicated more clearly depending on the time of day or event. Still, it’s a gorgeous venue and worth a visit—just maybe double-check what the vibe is like before you go.

This rooftop bar was everything I hoped for. The views were unreal—perfect place to catch the sunset. The staff at the bar were super friendly, and the cocktails did not disappoint. Great whiskey selection too. Also a solid spot if you want to sip and unwind with a cigar.

Legacy Club is a rooftop bar with a great atmosphere. Great view of Vegas. I had the Golden Idol or some ridiculously named drink which I actually enjoyed quite a bit.

As a Black woman born in the 90s, Legacy Club at Circa was exactly my vibe. The rooftop view of the Vegas skyline was breathtaking, and the ambiance was effortlessly sophisticated yet welcoming. I was a little underdressed, but it wasn’t a disadvantage—there was little to no crowd, maybe 40 people max. I came with a group of eight, which felt perfect for the intimate setting. The cocktails were spot-on—perfectly balanced, no harsh tang or sugar overload. If you’re tired of granulated sugar and headaches the next morning, this is the place. It’s all about quality, from the drinks to the experience.
