Expected much better for Aria. Service and food were not great. Most any strip mall Thai place would be a major improvement.

We decided last year not to return to lemongrass after dining there from its inception. We decided to give it one more try this year and there was a tremendous improvement in the quality food and service.

Good ambience and service. The food tasted decent but issue was it dint taste what it should. I ordered yellow curry and the sauce/curry tasted more like Indian cuisine’s butter paneer/chicken curry/sauce. Which was not what I was looking to eat today!! Wonder why did they change the taste

I’ve been to Thailand many times and eaten at more Thai restaurants than I can count. Lemongrass at Aria is easily one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to, and I’d highly recommend it.

We ordered Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Tom Yum, Papaya Salad, Sticky Rice, and fresh Coconut…everything was solid. The Pad See Ew stood out the most, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Papaya Salad was a bit plain compared to others I’ve had, but still good overall.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for legit Thai food in Vegas. I do wish they had Pork Laab on the menu—that’s my usual go-to. Careful with the spice as well it’s authentic Thai spicy.

Good food. Service was okay. Wait was long.

Great Thai food. Possibly the best curry I have ever had. Apps were fish cakes (2/5) and crab puffs (3.5/5). Wine is only by the glass and pretty limited selection (especially for Vegas strip).

Food was amazing, the melon saketini is my new favorite drink, and the staff is so friendly!

Very good Thai food in restaurant with cool interior design. Large portions. Good vegetarian and vegan options, and super accommodation to diatery restrictions. Excellent service. Upscale and pricey.

Waited over 2 hours for a table. So, definitely do yourself a favor and make reservations! The food is nothing short of outstanding!! Very Very Delicious!

The food was amazing and there were plenty of options for vegetarians! I’d highly recommend their panang curry, it’s one the best I’ve had!!

Overall everything was great. The soup came in bowl without burner. It got cold as the business meeting just started. They should have a hot pot with burner so it can stay hot for little longer time. Moreover, there is No vegan menu online so it must be added on MGM app also. Everything else was great.

Host, initial impression good. Server good, friendly and attentive. Food was underwhelming and overcooked.

Surprisingly, we thought the food was outstanding. I would visit again.

Update May 2025 below ---
Food is still good! Drunken noodle (chicken) and Panang curry (beef tenderloin) were awesome. The meats were so tender and both meals were so full of flavor.

Beautifully renovated restaurant. Good food, well cooked and tasty. Ordered the red curry and had the option of different degree of spiciness. The serving size was fairly large, easily sufficient for two. The service was terrific. The restaurant was deep in the Aria Casino and Resort, likely to need some directions to find
