Updating my 5 star review from a few years ago... 14 people in line and only one register open on a Friday lunch, coffees were spilled as host brought them to table, screaming birds all around, salmon was neon pink and too salty to eat. A 60$ disappointment.

First visit. Pretty cafe and nicely located. Indoor and outdoor seating. It was busy during brunch time. Counter service; The guy taking the order/payment was friendly. The downside is that it's not a personalized service, so for example, drinks arrived 15 minutes after the food. Bustling atmosphere, servers look rushed, coffee was good, food was ok. The service doesn't match the setting and is overpriced for the overall experience.

I used to frequent this coffee shop almost daily, sometimes even three times a day, as my go-to spot to work and meet clients. Unfortunately, the service has taken a serious downturn recently. The staff doesn’t seem as well-trained, and on more than one occasion, management has been outright rude.
Today was the final straw. I ordered lunch, waited 30 minutes, only to find out they hadn’t even started cooking my meal because they can find the order. To make things worse, the staff didn’t know how to process a refund, which ended up wasting almost an hour of my time.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as this place no longer values its customers or their time.

Very busy at certain times, but worth the short wait. Came here a few times, sometimes for coffee, sometimes gelato, today for brunch. Lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the autumn weather!

Nice atmosphere, but over priced. The inexperienced counter help was trying but struggling.

Such a nice vibey place that takes you back to your Italian vacation. Food is good, not like Italy but it’s good. Coffee is really good. Pastries are good as well, not the best I’ve had but they are tasty nonetheless.
The ambiance of Tivoli Village and all the shops near by make this a very fun and relaxing spot to get away. There are plenty of scavenger birds to come sneak a treat when you’re not looking. You’ve been warned!
They have misters during summer. Fall weather here for brunch is the best. You won’t be disappointed.

Was here at Sunday after 5pm and there’s live music which is nice! Food we enjoyed.
Go anywhere else. Terrible service. Bottomless mimosas ARE NOT bottomless. Unsanitary. 10/10 do not recommend. Food is bland and over priced.
