I will never return to this place. This use to be one of my favorite places Mexican restaurants but I have notice it’s been going down . The food is not that good no more . You get your food one by one. The point of going out with family is to eat together. By the time I got my place haft the table was done eating. The same happened to the other table next to use.The manager there threats the employees bad. Multiple times I have seen him yell at the employees in front of everyone. Back in the day it had a good vibe everyone was super friendly and always in a good mode. Worse experience I ever had

Been going since they opened the original location, and I will not be returning any longer. The food is just not good anymore. Two old heat lamp soggy chile rellenos, and the worst gourmet ribeye tacos they've served me in 15 years. It's sad when a restaurant stops giving a damn about the food they serve.
I MUST add, that my review is my personal experience. Kinda dumb to say that right!!?? With that, a dear person has suffered the consequences for my honesty. She had no idea of my post for a couple of days.
The employees that served me are 5 star except for one guy who was rude and condescending to the staff. I asked for his name and I remember it started with a D. David or maybe Danny. As I sat at the bar, I heard someone yell behind me. It not only startled me but frightened me. I kept looking over my shoulder during my time there. He reminded me of my past abuse When I turned around to see who it was, it was a tall guy aka African American dressed all in black yelling at the bartender from behind me!! Unbelievable!!!
After that traumatic experience I kept looking over my shoulder. My sense of high vigilance kicked into overdrive.
About an hour later he was yelling at one of the hostesses and hovering over her.
It is disconcerting that a female managed and owned business would stand for this type of behavior. In my experience and opinion, abusive behavior.
I highly recommend for management to look at the video footage to see the truth.
I have been to Leticia's several times. I have enjoyed the food, atmosphere and staff.

The staff was very friendly.
May very well be too fancy for me y mi familia but nobody was real happy with the food. Also it was pretty pricey.

Restaurant had poor services; hostess was rude, ordered mimosas had 90% oj (had to ask server to adjust drinks), NO servers came by to check on our table and food was below average.

Our family of 3 went here for Mother's Day 2026 at 4:30pm. We were seated promptly, but were ignored for about 15 minutes. The tall, loud waiter came and asked for our order, but acted like he was asking for the food order, not the drinks, so it was confusing. Also no chips and salsa were brought out, we had to ask for them and got them right before our food. We ordered the guacamole appetizer, it came after our food, which did come out fast. No extra chips were offered or brought out with the $14 gauc. The food was pretty decent. The worse part about the experience was that the waiter was kind of acting flirtatious to me, in mine and my husband's opinion, which is not very pleasant on a Mother's Day family outing. He wasn't acknowledging my husband at all only me the whole time. He never came back after we finished our food and another gracious server brought our check. Some of the ladies that seemed to be serving ALL the food were really working hard though. We won't be back.

The food used to be good here, but something has change. I refuse to eat here anymore. There are better places within Santa Fe to eat

OMG! Most flavorable beef and chicken enchiladas ever! Costed 38 countries, and Las Vegas Nevada at Leticia’s Cocina &Cantina is without doubt the most flavorable!
If you want enchiladas, come here!
I really appreciated the service, great service, quick and sat me down real quick.
I like the music and seating arrangements, I don’t feel like I’m hearing other peoples conversations with how close they usually sit people.
Must visit!!!

Staff very unprofessional and rude, waited 10 minutes for me and my father to be seated, no servers to be found, they were in the back the whole time until we got seated, only 3 people in the restaurant eating, and this was on a Friday night. My father asked for no cheese and the food came out covered in cheese, he asked for another plate and that plate came out with even more cheese. The manager who brought us the bill was very rude and barely spoke to us. DO NOT COME EAT HERE, THE FOOD ISNT GOOD. They should've kept the original mexican restaurant Guadalajara. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. No wonder they keep sending all the player card holders $10 off if you spend $20, NO ONE IS SHOWING UP!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Mexican cuisine!! Ate here on a whim and was not disappointed at all. The menu had a great mix of different dishes, some that appear to be more traditional Mexican fare. Enrique was spot on providing service to us, including explaining some of the specifics on some of the menu items. Enjoyed our dinner there very much!!

Dining at Leticia’s, nestled within the vibrant Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino, was nothing short of an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm ambiance and colorful decor immediately transported me to the heart of Mexico.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the friendly service provided by my waitstaff, Romero and Tess. Their attentiveness and genuine smiles made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another diner. They guided me through the menu with enthusiasm, offering insightful recommendations that truly showcased the restaurant’s offerings.
Romero and Tess went above and beyond, ensuring my glass was never empty and checking in regularly without being intrusive. Their knowledge of the menu and passion for the cuisine added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, Leticia’s at Santa Fe Station is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican fare served with warmth and excellence. I left feeling satisfied, eager to return, and grateful for the delightful evening spent in such good company. Highly recommended!
