Absolutely horrible experience dining here. Server was being so slimy trying to secretly up-charge, and when brought to the "managers" attention he just stood there with a blank face. When I asked to speak to the real manager I was told security was needed to do that. Just a joke of an establishment all around and disgusting customer service all around.

Made a reservation but waited a long time until our order was taken. Seems like they forgot about us, that would've been ok but they forgot my ranch dressing and tortillas. (Food took a long time too). Worst part, food was horrendous. It's rare that I say this, but not edible at all. I also got sick when I went home. I order the garlic shrimp which was such a disappointment at $28! Did not care for the white cheese rice casserole either. The only good thing was the free chips/salsa and beans. I would not recommend and do not ever plan on going back.

We always enjoy going to Leticia's and are never disappointed. Great food and service every time! we highly recommend this restaurant for an amazing meal.

My husband and I dine here pretty often. It's become a regular spot for us any time we stop in to Santa Fe for a movie. The service is always excellent - their staff is attentive, super polite, and always happy to help in any way they can. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is an expansive menu with items ranging from breakfast/brunch to dinner. It's sometimes hard to decide what I want because it all sounds and looks incredible. The prices are fair for the portions you get. My favorite is their “build your own burrito” chimichanga style with rib eye as the protein. It comes with beans and rice and chips and salsa for the table. I normally add a side of grilled fajita veggies. The burrito is big enough where I can cut it in half and save the second half for leftovers. I have tried several types of tacos, the enchiladas, the quesadilla, etc and it all tastes really good. My favorite proteins are the rib eye, shrimp, and carne asada. Any menu item you can make substitutes the way you prefer them. It's always a pleasant experience dining at Leticia's and we will continue to go back regularly.

Unfortunately we waited 20  minutes before anyone came over to our table and we had 12 people pretty hard to miss a table of 12 people . but once a waitress finally noticed she was awesome. Food was good.

Music playing, too loud, could hardly talk with people at the table. The food was sooo much better at the old location on Norman Rockwell. Their "Famous Queso Tacos" used to be really delish, last night they were not very good at all. Will not be going back.

Food was fantastic and the service was first rate! I made reservations and told them I was on a date, but they put us right in the middle of the restaurant and it was very difficult to talk with my date.

We have been coming to Leticia's for years usually really like the food, last night seemed to be an off night for the kitchen. Everything was a little off I had Pozole it was made with beef and the pieces were really grisly and fatty. Heavy on the oregano as well overpowering. My wife had bacon wrapped shrimp diabla. Very salty and the sauce tasty like tomato sauce with beer. Her poblano rice was also burnt. I guess every place has an off night from time to time. We'll be back but last night was a disappointment

Leticia's food has been consistently good and tasty. Two of us got the birria tacos and one got the tamales! We enjoyed both! Only suggestion for Leticia's is that your chips they serve at the beginning, needs to be thinner instead of so thick. Overall great dinner and super sweet server.

Service was fantastic, vert attentive and friendly. The issue was the Carnitas - arrived very dry, no lime, no chicharrones. Salsa's were very good (habanero and Diabla). Enchiladas were fine.

June was our server and he was AMAZING! Thank you so much June for your awesome service! The food was fantastic along with the vibes. I will definitely recommend! Go see June! He will make your day!!!

Our server was very nice. Atmosphere was good. Food… I ordered chicken tamales. I told the servers they weren’t chicken, they insisted they were. When our original server noticed I hadn’t taken anymore bites (I had 1) she insisted on taking it back to the kitchen to check because I still THOUGHT they were beef. The tamales ended up being PORK! I literally cried. They removed the tamales from the bill and didn’t charge our table gratuity.
