How can you serve ribs that have to be torn apart with your hands with difficulty like a cave man because you don’t offer a knife and fork. At least cook until tender if you want to save the cost of cutlery. Good flavor but expensive and tough to eat!

I purchased food there, and they did not charge me till a couple days after which is not the problem. The problem is when they charged me, they began to charge me four more times after. They charged me two days in advanced! Ridiculous, taking almost $140 dollars within four days!

Awful disgrace. After the concert in LV was cancelled, the food for 65000 people was thrown away. Just thrown away while millions of people are homeless and starving. Do not support this company. They are awful.

Levy Restaurants is crooked as hell. I was an employee for 4 months before they fired me after they took a temp-agencies employee's word over my own, and I busted my butt for Levy for that 4 months and there was no loyalty or respect for towards myself. Chef Jason, Chef Darin, all the Chef's take no ownership in responsibility, very poor management, professionalship and there food sucks.

Concessions manager Christopher Lovett hired my son in law Henry Gonzalduring a video interview last August to be a bartender at Allegiant Stadium and now he won’t return e-mails or phone calls. Human Resources Director Michelle Spicer is aware of the situation and says to contact Ashley Swanson hiring director but she doesn’t return phone calls or e-mails. What is wrong with these management people. They never answer the phone or return calls. Meanwhile a barback from the Aria walked in last week and was hired. I’m a publicist and May contact the media.

Levy Restaurants is one of the few places to get some food on this side of town. It's not the best, but it's not the worst too. It's a solid dining experience if this is your only option. I'd either pack a lunch in advance or eat before arriving in this area if you anticipate spending a few hours at the speedway.

My friend wanted a fried chicken sandwich and we found Dave's on a Sunday night. I love the menu options and the number of heat levels there are. I got a medium and my friend got a hot tender and extra hot sandwich. The chicken was really good with the medium having a decent amount of heat to it. There was a short line at the time we went which was much longer when we were leaving but it was definitely worth.
