Linme's Gourmet Soul Food and Catering

I ordered Smothered Chicken with Mac and Cheese. I’d expect for the price that it wouldn’t be chicken tenders in this dish. The taste is here but that’s it.

I order from DoorDash and this order was not what I ordered. Basically I got chicken wings instead of smothered chicken with rice…which shouldn’t even look like this in the photo I’m bout to upload and the peach cobbler was oily and disgusting who put oil in their peach cobbler ?? I don’t understand. I definitely wanted a refund, but they only gave me eight dollars back, but I definitely won’t order from them again. Whoever is the cook here does not know how to cook smothered chicken because smother chicken has gravy on it and it’s not chicken wings. It’s actually pieces of either drumstick or breast chicken. The rice is not even good at all as well. I’m just very disappointed this is the worst food that I ordered in a long time off of DoorDash that is soul food but this is not soul food to me!! I could’ve went to the store made myself, but it wouldn’t have been this!!! It would’ve been smothered chicken with rice. That’s why I’m angry. I feel a total disrespect when I there not representing what they should be cooking. Straight trash disgusting overly salty food that will give you high blood pressure. The pictures that are on the site is something that is possibly made up. I don’t know far as other reviews or her pictures that she photo shopped. It’s all about presentation and the taste of the food. That’s what I’m looking for and this was ghetto and ratchet food. I would never eat again in life. And I will tell everybody that I know in Vegas not to eat there because it’s disgusting again I give them zero stars when it comes to food you don’t play with people. I thought it was a joke when they sent me the food that they sent me.

Not sure this is a legit establishment. I ordered through Postmates and after 3 drivers were sent, I was contacted by the third who reported the "restaurant" was actually a broken down food truck in front of a residential home. Fraudulent!And funny that you took 11 minutes to reply to my review when no one from your "business" picked up the phone for the 3 delivery drivers that circled your residential neighborhood before canceling. You absolutely DID NOT give my order to any driver. If you want me to post screenshots of the chats and my call log with Postmates to fight for a refund of the $60.22 bill, I will. Wasn't going to go there but you have the audacity to reply to my review in a timely manner?? Making false claims at that?? I'm furious with the amount of time and money I've wasted on BAD BUSINESS.

I gave up on Vegas! But after stumbling into heaven, I just might comeback. Mechiel was the best hostess ever and her food had me smiling for 2 hours

Vegetarian options: She made be a plate of 4 sides and it was very fullfilling.
