“Ronald C is the man. I'm vegan, and typically have to put in a complicated order, and I'm used to being unsatisfied when I receive my food. Ronald made sure that wasnt going to happen. He informed me that they initially made my pizza wrong, and that it'll be a longer wait. No issues whatsoever, I'd rather wait longer than receive unsatisfactory food. This was by far the BEST vegan order I ever had from Little Caesars. Plenty of marinara on the pizza, bread sticks very buttery (as the butter is vegan here) and with no Parm, perfect! I've never received my order this well at any other location. I appreciate the meticulous nature of Ronald C ensuring my order was made promptly, but more importantly, correctly.“

“Ordered a pepperoni, cheese and crazy bread today. The cheese pizza was undercooked, chewey dough and weird cheese/sauce texture/feeling. I went back and asked for a remake and they did without a fuss though they were slammed and made it well done this time. Thanks guys :3“

“I've always ordered online and haven't any issues yet.

Today I caught a deal through T-Mobile Tuesdays and got the Slice n Stix for $3. I forgot to get my sauce though. However, the food was fresh, hot, and very tasty.

It was shortly after opening time...pizza for breakfast, yes! LoL“

“This particular location is the closest to my residence so naturally I had no reservations about the general esthetics. However, it was surprisingly clean and professionally staffed with enthusiastic young people with heightened customer service skills. I originally went in for a Hot n Ready as I was in a hurry to get back home and enjoy a relaxing and quiet evening. But to my dismay, they were all out of them due to excessive orders. So I ordered a pepperoni classic to sate my hunger. The young lady assisting me told me it would be about 30 minutes. 17 minutes later, my pie was hot and ready to go. I was very impressed with the efficiency in which my order was received and delivered. Especially during the holiday weekend as I was watching patrons coming and going with hefty orders while I waited for my own. They were cool under pressure and sacrificed nothing to appease the customer base. I would highly recommend them for any occasion that calls for pizza, wings, breadsticks and other accompanying accoutraments that make a memorable occasion become set in stone as wonderfully enjoyable.“

“I order from Little Caesars every so often because they usually have pretty good deals. It’s one of those convenient, budget-friendly options when you just want something quick and easy.

Recently, I picked up a pepperoni and sausage pizza. At first glance, it looked great — nicely baked, good color on the crust, and the toppings looked appetizing. Everything about the presentation made it seem like it was going to be a solid order.

The only issue came when trying to separate the slices. For some reason, they just did not want to come apart cleanly. It felt like the cheese and toppings were fused together in a way that made it messy and awkward to pull slices apart. Not exactly sure what happened there, unfortunately lol.

That said, once separated, the pizza itself actually tasted good. The flavor was on point, and for the price, it’s still a decent value. Overall, a small preparation hiccup, but still a solid option when you’re looking for affordable pizza deals.“

“Great customer service, there wasn't a wait. My pizza was so good, HOT, fresh. I was expecting crazy out of control type of energy, considering the fact that it's Super bowl Sunday but, It was a great experience today picking up my order. I differently recommend this Little Caesars location for any celebration.For all the classics kids...??“

“As I was waiting patiently for my pepperoni pizza with my nephew in the car right in front of the little Caesar’s some lady in a marine shirt walked in and not even 5min passed we witnessed her harassing and taking pictures of a young worker which was really weird and we felt really bad but we are happy with our freshly cooked hot n ready pizza came out delicious, loved it, was still hot when we got home🍕😊🐈“

“There were 2 young men working the store tonight, and though we had to wait an additional 20 minutes, both of them were courteous, accommodating, and working their absolute hardest to please every customer that came through the door, even through something as difficult as that rush seemed! As a former restaurant employee myself, I commend both of them for their hard work and professionalism! This location will always have our business!“

Today what impressed was the girl at the counter doing everything in her power to keep everyone happy and calm. She wss swamped and asked someone for help, but they were busy making pizzas. So another girl from the back jumped in to help! These 2 were taking and making orders it was amazing! Taking the orders then washing hands and gloves then making orders then back to the counter! OMG! Just amazing!

It reminds me when I used to manage a PE chicken. The teamwork was beyond textbook it was poetic.“

“The Hispanic gentleman at the front and the black gentleman who made my pizza did a phenomenal job. Not only was the pizza made perfect with lots of sauce, the customer service I received was on par with a 5 star hotel, I felt welcomed and invited. Appreciate the sauce :)“

“I ordered online at 3:12pm today for a last minute staff meeting . I walked in at 3:30 and the place was packed with people . I thought “Oh nooooo… I will miss the entire meeting!”

To my pleasant surprise, They called my name right at 3:34 pm as the online order said.

“Just had the best Little Caesars pizza I had in my life!!!!! The thin crust 3 meat was on point perfect meat to cheese to sauce ratio and the Detroit style was hot and cheesy. It looked good and tasted even better. Thank you guys. Great job.“

“I ordered ahead of time and showed up like 10 minutes early. Ended up waiting for another 45 minutes but it wasn't their fault.

Shout out to the girl working the counter. She had so many people coming at her sideways (atmosphere) but she kept her calm and kept everyone in their place.“

“It's l you would expect to find at a fast food pizza joint with mostly teenagers working there..but upon my return visit they've done a wonderful job getting their crew together as a team and really improving.

Parking: Parking right in front of store and easily obtained.

Kid-friendliness: My experience was the kids inside the store and outside were all well behaved...and I attribute that to the employees making them laugh and have a good time.“

“Stopped by here to grab some crazy puffs for my daughter and cheese bread for my wife. Micah was helpful with my questions and made sure we got Mariana sauce with the bread sticks. The last time we got Mariana from the Little Caesars closer to our house the cup was half full but the one we received here was filled thank you! It got kinda chaotic with customers but Micah handled it.“

“To the franchisee: you’re lucky to have dedicated staff who work hard to salvage your customers’ experience. You will lose your good employees if you make it impossible to do their job. My guy was the running the entire store during a busy lunch service with one other person. The wait times are too long for a pizza. Give your staff some HELP before you lose all the good people.“

“This location is often busy with 20–30 minute wait times and a short staff, which I understand and don’t mind. The employees are always calm and kind; it’s usually impatient customers who make things difficult. My rating wasn’t because of the staff but because one pizza was cut poorly. Still, I understood the situation and moved on. Overall, I’ve had far more good service and food than bad. Keep up the good work, stay positive, and don’t let stress affect the quality you serve. 🙏“
