Made me wait an hour just to cancel my order

I hate leaving a bad review...but this had to be done. The last time I came here the counter guy who is super loud and always yelling or goofing around said they lost my pizza ...it will be 45 to make a new one...then they found it. Today I waited over an hour past the time I was told it would be ready. The same guy at the counter as last was very short w me...rude to others and yelling curse words the whole time I was there. Will not be going back for a 3rd disaster.

Ordered for pick up. Pick up time was 6:51, it's 7:10 right now and they just informed me my order should be going in the oven in about 25 minutes.

Okay this is my third attempt to get a pizza from here and it's always the same answer 1 to 2 hour wait.. never have hot and ready pizza to buy.. don't recommend this location..

This is the worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Hot and ready does not exist here. I order through the mobile app, show up and it’s not even started. I thought ok it’s kind of busy people make mistakes. Next time I order through the app make a payment right at 10 when they open it says order should be ready about 10:30. I get here and they’re not even open yet. When I tell the girl at the register I would like a refund, she’s rude to me. They should hire all new staff or shut this one down

Ordered online my order supposed to be ready by 8:22 I go not ready I ask how long said 10 min waited 10 no thing asked again said almost coming out nothing asked again said 10 min 2 hrs waiting for my pizza and the I receive it and it’s all burned

This has to be the worst Little Caesars in Las Vegas. I ordered my food an hour. Ago I come to the store when it says it's supposed to be ready. And they tell me another hour. It's super slow and the customer service is trash. This was my first and last time coming. I would have asked for a refund but they where so rude and the language they used. I don't believe they would have gotten that right.

Avoid at all costs! The workers are extremely rude and your order will take forever! And they never give you your complete order.

Picked up my order from Little Caesars, and I have to say, it was seriously disappointing. The pizza was cold, barely had any cheese covering it, and was seriously lacking in pepperoni. On top of that, it was just sitting out instead of being kept warm in the oven or the portal. The only saving grace was the decent customer service, but that doesn’t make up for getting a subpar pizza. Do better, Little Caesars!

This place is so slow even when you order ahead, cashier looks to be under some type of influence. I do not recommend
