Little Caesars Pizza

Bad service, waiting for over an hour.

I was hung up on 3 times, then the fourth they left me on hold until I hung up just over 10 minutes, now I've been on hold over 15 minutes! I WISH their calls were recorded but they obviously don't care enough to do so!!

Tried again: went to E Craig and ordered a simple Pretzel Crust Pepperoni which comes with CHEESE SAUCE, unfortunately they put marinara; it was a huge hassle because E. Craig wouldn't answer their phone so we had to place a new order (receipt showed CORRECT pizza, was just made wrong). My husband went back a 2nd time and they made it with Marinara AGAIN!! They STILL wouldn't answer the phone so we're trying a THIRD TIME to have Camino Al Norte and see if THEY can make their OWN RECIPE!! And btw, they shoved it at him, no apology, no nothing, just rudeness! :(

3 pizzas took 1 whole hour, even after it had said my pizzas were ready. Absolutely ridiculous. Cooks needs be trained on how work a kitchen. Managment needs to step up and help out.

Worst pizza ever!!! I ordered a crazy stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was soak in butter/grease. the Pizza was saggy because of how much grease it had. I threw it away no way I was eating that shit.

The past 4 times we have placed an order online they have screwed up I order the same thing every time and they still can't get it straight used to they deserved 5 stars but now it's making me reconsider

Customers are usually upset at the wait. It's a busy location!! You don't go to little Caesars for the service. With that said keep in mind that they hire kids in the area and are paying them minimum wage. Turnover is very high and I'm sure the ones who stick around for a bit get sick of the rude customers. ORDER THRU THE APP AND WAIT UNTIL IT SAYS READY. The app does not consider what orders they have or walk ins. Obv if it's busy, the app should extend the time. It doesn't so unfortunately staff gets blamed for corporate's poor app development.

Set a timed order for 445pm, wasn't ready until 530pm. Not sure what happened there.

Tremendous cheese

My pizza was "stolen" from the locked tray when I arrived to pick up. I said to the cashier: "How could it be stolen, there's a code." Cashier says people can "force the door open."

Their only recourse was to refund me or remake my order. Of course, I wanted them to remake it, I had to wait a long time in line plus the inconvenience of waiting after I had ordered online.

All I got after was an apology, no compensation for my time being wasted. This is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to corporate.

I had placed an order exactly 1 month ago today and it took 3 different drivers to try to bring my order and it turned out that 1 of them stole my order! I STILL HAVE NO GOTTEN MY REFUND FOR A $61 ORDER! This is ridiculous! Yall wanna play about people's money and it's messed up! I've talked to yall a few times and keep telling me I will get my refund 10-12 days! It's not ok!

We had ordered 3 pizzas and some breadsticks. Got home and the breadsticks were still dough. I wasn't really upset because this location always seems to be short staffed and are extremely busy. So for in the future can someone just tell me about what temperature to bake them at and for about how long? Again I'm not upset there were only 3 employees and and just the time I was there they had 3 separate orders for about 10 pizzas each, not to mention all the walk in orders. Corporate needs to get them some more employees and again let me know about the temp and time on the breadsticks. TIA

THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I WILL GO TO! Clean and order is always made well and correct.
Missing stars are because of the staff. Some; not all of the people working there need to be trained how to greet customers... sometimes it seems they don't notice you even there or their facial expressions leave much to be desired....a bit lazy.
