This location is trash!Who's the manager? They need retraining or a new job! The whole staff needs retraining.The wait times are horrible.Hot and ready? Yeah, right!Customer service? Sucks!The store is filthy. Trash on the floor.Customers left waiting with no answer as to when their orders will be ready.Understaffed and so behind to the point that 2 gentlemen came in last night to assist, and one came in dressed in shorts and house slippers.Why not plan to make Crazy Puffs and Peperoni Pizzas to have readily available.They're a highly sought-after item. It makes no sense to not plan ahead for the evening.Do better, Little Ceasars, do better!
I don't understand why if before Little Caesars was distinguished by the quality and speed in selling pizzas, it was always the first option for any meeting or express meal, food that helped us for any emergency, now we think about it so much to order it, they are more than 30 min. waiting and sometimes they turn out terrible.They have to return to the context with which they started.

This place is a joke of a business. No one cares in there. I ordered at 7:20 and never received confirmation in the app, so we went at 9 (gave them some time), and when we got there, the lady said "oh we can't find it so we'll put it in, 20 min". So we waited 30. During that time people were coming in and out with the same problem. When people came in for orders, she said "we don't have anything we're not taking no orders". Horrible service. 0/5

Came here on my lunch break and was told by the cashier would be 10 mins shortly after I order people we waiting for an hour. Worker do not let you know what's going on, they are just away from the register not want to help anyone. Would definitely stay away from this location.

Horrible order wasn't ready 30 minutes after I received email saying it was done. They were telling people it would be 2 hours for a single large pizza so that they would discourage walk in orders. They were extremely rude to customers when they asked how long had a really bad attitude.
Waited 50 minutes for our order. While waiting, several other people said they’d placed orders and were also waiting over half an hour. Terrible service, don’t come here.

Thank you to the extremely nice miss who served me as the restaurant was closing. I was beyond tired, had not eaten in over a day, and after working a 16 hour shift felt like a zombie. She could see that and went out of her way to help me anyway, even as she was told by her manager/coworker the store was closed and that I had to go. I will never forget that act of kindness you did for me. You are a godsend. Thank you. To whoever owns this restaurant, this person deserves a raise, they are what keep people coming back

Made an order by phone and had it delivered. I ordered 9 items but only got 2 items, asked the delivery driver where the rest of my order was and he literally couldn’t speak English. I spent over $50 worth of food and did not get my whole order. I called the store back to let them know and they literally put me on hold for over 30mins. At this point I just wanted my refund and they couldn’t even help me. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! TRASH!

I ordered 9 items and the DoorDash delivery guy gave me 2 pizzas. I paid $50 and got $12 worth of food. The delivery driver said he couldn’t speak English and that there was nothing that he can do. I called the delivery customer service and they also said they couldn’t help me. These guys are terrible!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!

No hot and ready pizzas available, must have forgotten around what time people like to eat dinner I guess so they just didn't cook any at all? ?♂️ The. Was told a 30 minute wait minimum. Why bother offering and advertising something you don't plan to have any of?
