We placed our order at 11pm. Told us the order would be ready at 11:32. We got there early like 11:25 and we're waiting in the car for the email to say it was ready. We watched 2 groups of people go into the store and get their food really fast. We finally got the email at 11:55pm, we went in and the worker said they already handed out the food.
I am appreciative of the refund at the very least but why even require portal codes if you're just gonna hand out food to anyone who says they're anyone. The workers even saw us pull up before either of the 2 groups. First and last time going to this location, I can't handle employees that don't care about their job.

Omg hot and ready my butt. FOUR employees hiding in the back. I’m starting to write this at 3:10 on 12/13. Ordered about 15 minutes ago. Got here at 3:03. FOUR EMPLOYEES standing around in the back hiding not doing anything. Girl comes up tells my friend they haven’t started on ours and are somehow 4 orders behind. My expectations were low since it’s a little Cesar’s and I get it, things happen, but this is ridiculous.

I ordered my pizza last night ahead of time and it was an hour late, when it said my pizza was ready i went to go pick it up and i ended up waiting another 30 minutes they guy cutting the pizzas just left them sitting on the cut getting cold, when it was finally my turn to get my pizza i got my food i ordered 2 pizzas and crazy breadsticks, my breadsticks were absolute mush and didnt even have garlic on them it was just bread, one of my pizza were cold since it had been one of the pizzas just sitting on the cut and no one was helping the guy in the back he was extremely overwhelmed trying to cut the pizzas, trying to make sure its with the right order, and helping customers at the front no one even bothered to try to help him, i saw another worker who saw him doing all this work and just stayed cleaning in the back i even heard laughing back there, theres an extreme lack of discipline and urgency at this location

Placed a simple order, wasn't able to get it. No workers and wait time over 2 hours. I want to like little c but every time I want to try it. Or get it. It's a waste of time and energy. Get dominos or any other pizza. Shoot a gas station pizza would be a better at this point.

I would avoid this little Caesar’s and drive to the other one on Cheyenne. They are slow and their warmers don’t work so your pizza is cold when you pick it up.

Very disappointing experience and clear false advertising with the so-called “Hot-N-Ready” pizzas. Upon walking in, I was told by the cashier, Alyssa, that they were not taking walk-in orders and had no hot-and-ready pizzas available. When I asked for the manager on duty, Ann—who was standing right next to her—she confirmed that nothing was ready and showed little to no hospitality or professionalism in addressing the concern. It’s unacceptable for a brand that builds its reputation on convenience to fail to deliver on its own promise. Little Caesars needs to ensure that their staff and management uphold the standard and service their customers expect from the “Hot-N-Ready”.

Restaurantji Recommends
There were 2 young men working the store tonight, and though we had to wait an additional 20 minutes, both of them were courteous, accommodating, and working their absolute hardest to please every customer that came through the door, even through something as difficult as that rush seemed! As a former restaurant employee myself, I commend both of them for their hard work and professionalism! This location will always have our business!

Extremely long wait times and long lines here, ordering online is pointless you still have to wait 30+ minutes at the location because online it never updates on when the pizza is done. Usually 2 people working here and they have a hard time keeping up with the orders.

Who runs this place? You place an order online for pick up you get there and everyone is looking at each other clueless as to what your order is and have no idea what is going on. This has happened to me more than 3 times now. Extremely frustrating, good luck ordering from here.

My food came out great I honestly feel bad for how much they have to go through. There is few workers to have to deal with the rush. Definitely order online and be patient. Thank you guys for your service.

My food was cold when I received it. I told him to remake it and the food was still lukewarm never hot and very poorly made. I only live 7 minutes away from this place from my home. This food should have been hot
