At 8:30 pm I placed an online order for pick up and got there a bit early (8:49). So my husband and I decided to wait in the car. When we got there we saw customers vaping in the store and the employees allowing it to happen. And then they left the store while I was still waiting for my pizza. When I finally was notified it was ready my husband and I went inside and the lady who went behind the counter was extremely rude to me. She basically pushed my pizza towards me. This was the worst experience I ever had with little ceasers. I will never go to that location again.

Went in to pick up my order last night and it was prepared quickly and was ready for me by the time I got there. My food was perfect! And the guy who was the cashier had great energy. I didn't interact with him directly but saw him with another customer and he's so positive with such great energy! He was a young man with short dreads from what I remember. This location will be the location I'll go to from now on!
I wish I could give these people one star. This place is terrible. They are standing around and it's not even busy and they still send your order out wrong or missing tons of items. Then you call for support and they are unbelievable as well. I got one pizza out of three and some sides and was told... I can refund you 50% of your order. I asked this person if he thought I should pay for any other item other than the one I received and after a long silence he said... What you say makes sense but I can still only refund 50% of your order. I asked for a manager and was left on hold for a while before being asked if a manager could call me back in an hour. I only wish I could pick where my delivery comes from. Thankfully, my dasher was so amazing that he went all the way back and brought back my pizzas because he felt bad. What a nice guy. He said they left them sitting in another area. They could care less about how they do their job and support doesn't really care either. This place sucks!

Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the food. Ordered the cheese& herb crazy puffs and would've had to wait an extra 30 for that to be ready if I didn't settle for the pepperoni. I'm also missing toppings on my pizza.

Employees can be very disrespectful!!! Well what can I say been there many times and i even when its time to pick up the pizza from the portal have to check them cause usually there burned, even an employee try to tell me that its only cuz I took long to pick up the pizza no honey!!! I just got my notification that it's done it literally takes me two minutes to get there, so now I got tired of being nice. Now I treat them like they treat not only me but other customers!!! get it together, little Caesars your employees need to grow up and act there age not their shoe size. If you guys worked together like a team, there should be no problems. I'm not here to criticize anyone at all work is work. All I can do is be honest. Hopefully, this business will be better in the future ? and good luck.
