Out of all the little ceasers I’ve been to. This one take the cake!!! They make the best pizza hands down!! I have yet to get a burnt pizza! I love it!! Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food always comes out fine here but my god are they lacking good management and people to have my food ready and everybody else in this photo while one person is working in the bag making pizzas unable to lean anybody up is pathetic

Placed a pickup order online. Order said it was ready via email (10:40p) . I came in 6 mins later (10:46p) and they said they don’t have the dough to make the order and offered no other options before locking the door 15 mins prior to close.They were nice but they definitely need to learn better customer service and stop confirming orders that aren’t there

Worst service, on Thursday March 7th 2024 I placed a order online to have a quick dinner after a while of not using them, the time came to pick up my online order and too my surprise food was not done in 3 different occasions I was told 10 minutes so a food that was supposed to be done in 20 minutes tops took more than 1 hours in a half. Very upset and poor service ever.

Some old man that identified himself as the general manager told me that he hoped I get into a car accident and die. Then proceeded to walk out the front door after I left and take pictures of my vehicle. Oh and he threatened to have me banned from ever ordering from Little Caesars again...Lol because I told him that he was wrong... That I did not pick up my pizza already and I don't know who he gave it to. The poor lady that was making pizza looked like she wanted to cry and run away but obviously needed the job. I made sure to report him to the customer service line.... I'm pretty sure he doesn't work there anymore because I've been back a handful of times in the last week and haven't seen him. The staff is generally friendly, but that experience left me unhappy to say the least.

It is 1:51 pm on a Sunday and it says wait time is a total of 15 minutes. wWrong. People including myself have been waiting since 1:10 PM. They already advised that they are prioritizing online orders while there very small and incredibly crowded lobby is packed with people who are waiting to get their order or even order. After this horrible wait. I get one cold cheese pizza that's lopsided. I can't. They should close this down if they cannot supply the demand.

Placed an order today at 4pm for a pizza and bread sticks for pick up at 515pm today. Get there 5 min early and end up arguing with the clerk there telling me that even though my order states a 515pm pick up it will not be ready for another hour. Than contiunes to argue with me telling me oh well that is how it works and just deal with it. Stay away from this little ceasers and go to another branch that has more competent workers.
