Little Caesars Pizza

Made the big mistake of ordering from this place! It took about an hour and 20 minutes for our food to get delivered. They had our Door Dasher waiting for an hour ! I tried to cancel with Little Caesar’s Customer Service, after 50 minutes,and they said I would not get refunded. So don’t use the Little Caesar’s App and prepay ( big mistake) Tried to call the store , no answer ! Our dasher told us that this is Standard Operating Procedure at this location . You have been warned ! And to top it off, we ordered half Pepperoni and half cheese, and got all pepperoni !

Mike Illitch should be rolling in his grave with what his company has become. Like others mentioned in their reviews both our pizza's were wrong. One was supposed to be a stuffed pretzel crust that wasn't and the other was missing its sausage. On top of that I had to stand there for 10 min to ask for the sauce and brownie they didn't put with my order. My past couple haven't been good (where's the sauce?) and I thought I'd give this location a try. That was a mistake. Little Caesar's used to be one of my favorites and now I think I'm done with it for good.

Pizza was not ready at specified time! Had to wait an extra 20-25 minutes once I arrived! Really irritated at this point and won’t be ordering from this location anymore

This has got to be the slowest little Ceasars I have ever been to. I thought it might just be coincidence the first two times, but this is the third time I've been here this year and consistently they have made me wait over 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and crazy bread. If anyone knows of a better little Ceasars in the area please let me know because I would rather drive 20 minutes to know my pizza is ready when they say it will be ready. This place is a joke. PS - My extra most bestest were practically hot n ready's.

Cashier was very rude. Stood in the lobby for quite some time before being helped. Ordered crazy bread and it was raw. Drove back for a new one and the replacement was also raw. So if you want raw bread come here!

Pizza was just awful very poor quality SO dry & well done that it had no flavor no taste the crust tasted like 3 day old leftovers

I get it its little caesars but manworkers dont give a dam i order 2 pizzas i made a mistake not to check the pizzas on site and when i got home pizza wasnover cooked and seemed old..to far to.drive back but definitely bthis place its the worst little caesar in town

Little Caesars will always have a special place in my heart because it is the best go to cheap pizza out there. Always worth it for parties and such. Just sucks there is always a long wait.

The Hispanic gentleman at the front and the black gentleman who made my pizza did a phenomenal job. Not only was the pizza made perfect with lots of sauce, the customer service I received was on par with a 5 star hotel, I felt welcomed and invited. Appreciate the sauce :)

I'm not sure who's doing the hiring, but please consider hiring young people who are interested in working. The young man at the counter today was rude, and non accommodating for cold pizza and bread sticks with no butter or cheese. When we returned the order to be corrected, he stated the pizza was fresh when it was placed in the warmer (couldn't have been that fresh with dried cheese) and gave a new order of bread sticks still with no cheese or butter. Horrible customer service. I'm not sure if the employees are accurately reading the online orders correctly, but customer service training should start immediately and be ongoing.

Absolute joke. Waited and HOUR for three pizzas, crew was burning pizzas constantly and telling everyone 10 more minutes.

Ordered online and said my order would be ready 20 minutes after placing. Been standing in line waiting for my order for 2 hours now. Everytime I ask about my order, they just say, it'll be out in a few minutes.
