FYI...I just had one simple question for the staff at this location ...when you call and get the gatekeeping AI computer stuff... if you are lucky enough to speak to a human and the script... they put you on a Forever hold ...wow customer service is really gone ..

This place was completely unorganized. I even ended up with someone else's deep dish pizza. I didn't get my pizza, and then I ended up with sauce everywhere.

Wow. I placed my order today at 5 pm for 2 large pizzas and some bread sticks. I arrived at the store at 5:20. Do you know what time I finally left the store after getting a refund? 7 pm!!! I canceled my order because it was already 2 hours in. I waited inside while the pizzas kept stacking up, with none being passed out to the 15 people inside the store waiting. This was THE WORST location, WORST staff, just the worst everything. There were 3 people working there and while it was getting busier and busier, one of them left the store to either go on break, or he clocked out. The guy handling the orders at the register had no idea what he was doing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. FIRE ALL STAFF AND START FRESH.

I Ordered my food online and for some reason the money came out of my account but my order number never came through on there app. So I was on the phone calling them for 20 minutes while I was driving down there to see if they got the order or not and no one answered the phone. I even walked into the store with the phone ringing.
So apparently my order didn't go through So I went ahead and placed the order again with the cashier paying with my card. He should be like 20 minutes.
I came back in 20 minutes later with three other people sitting in the lobby that were there when I ordered with the cashier. The lady came to the front saying how can I help you I said I'm here to pick up my order, and she immediately said I never got your order on my prompter in the back so I'm going to have to make it right now as I gave her my receipt.
I was confused and in shock and then the three other people that were there still waiting started complaining to me because apparently it happened to them as well.
I was like where's the manager The lady said they weren't there and that I would have to come back the next day to talk to him or her I can't remember.
Horrible experience I plan on never going back.

Ordered a pretzel pizza and definitely didn't get what I ordered. Just threw salt all over the pizza and that's it. Now won't even answer the phone to correct the issue 😒

Tonight (10/10) around 8 p.m., the young white guy working the front was extremely rude. I didn’t catch his name, but I wish I had so I could report him properly.

I had placed my pizza order around 6 p.m. and came to pick it up at 8. My name wasn’t showing on the pickup board, and my scan code wouldn’t work, so I went to the counter for help. The employee asked for my name, “looked” for about five seconds, then came back and told me my order wasn’t there and that I was probably at the wrong location.

I pulled up my confirmation email to show him I was definitely at the right store, but he acted like he didn’t even want to look at my phone. I politely asked him to check again, and he did so with a whole attitude. He returned saying they didn’t have my order.

At that point, I told him to please check the ready pickup area because I was 100% sure my pizza was there. He reluctantly went over, found it, and just tossed it onto the counter before walking away without a word.

If I didn’t have my kids waiting for me, I would have said more, but that level of rudeness was unbelievable. I will never be coming back to this location.

This location consistently makes you wait for way longer than expected pick up even when oedering from the app. At 1:30 p.m. I put in a pick up for 6:45p.m. and they hadn't even started the order when I came to get it

1st time from this location. Pizza missing half the sauce and cheese, looks like it was dropped. Paid for a soda as well but it didn't arrive. Lowest quality place I've ever ordered.
Update: Tasted terrible AND wasn't fully cut.
