Just lazy!! They dont even separate the crazy bread from each other. They just throw them in the oven sticking to each other. Now only the top part is cooked well.

The concept and value of Little Ceasars is 5star, but this particular restaurant has some management problems. The front person was great. 2 people were back of the house- 1 was cleaning the dough making machine and one was patting out dough balls with no gloves. I ordered bacon crazy puffs after seeing a commercial the day before. After a 15 minute wait, the front kid apologized and said it would still be awhile for my bacon crazy puffs, but he had some pepperoni ones ready. I took the ready ones and they were dark. It was clear they had been under the heat lights for quite awhile. After heating them in the microwave, they softened up and were much more tasty than they looked.

Waiting 12 minutes with NO one up front. When a lady finally came up, with 3 people waiting, she said she couldn’t help me because I hadn’t put in an order, I was there for a hot-n-ready pepperoni, she then said she’d get someone to come up but it’d be minutes. One of the ladies there waiting was with uber and said this was normal for this location. I left and went up the street to Cheyenne and rainbow and was in and out in 2 minutes.

Waited over 5 minutes at the register to get helped. At first the employees were at the register talking bad about the prior customer l, but then went to the back and continued their conversation and started talking about next week’s schedule while ignoring us. We ended up walking out without being greeted, helped or even acknowledged… Horrible customer service.

This ain't the place for hot n ready or anything at all. Placed an order online, got there 30 mins after, was told it'd be 5-10 minutes, another 30 minutes later (the next time I saw someone) I got a refund. I ordered one pizza and breadsticks. The lobby was full of people waiting, zero pizzas were being handed out.

Corporate seriously needs to help this store. The workers are always going hard and doing their best but there is no leadership or organization. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've gotten a pizza that's actually hot from this store. Whether mobile ordered, delivered, or ordered in store there never fails to be a hitch or grievous mistake with my order. Location is consistently understaffed and never able to fulfill rush needs. This is my closest little caesars and it's disappointing to be consistently let down with the product recieved and feeling bad for the staff because they are obviously struggling to meet needs to the best of their ability. Shout out the redheaded girl and the cook in the back 6pm on 2/18/25

I order at 1pm for a 3pm pick up.
I get there at 3. They didn't even have the order in the system to go. Waited over 10 mins to be told it will take 20 mins

I feel bad for the employees. They work really hard. Little Caesars needs to fix their online orders

This location used to be ok, and I don't expect too much when I'm buying a $6 pizza. That said, prepare to wait a couple of hours for a "Hot n Ready" pizza. The first time it happened I thought it was an outlier experience. I've since realized it's the norm. The issue is compounded when using the app. It gives an estimated pick-up time. Tonight, I showed up 10 minutes AFTER that time just to give them some flexibility. I walked in and was told that nothing had been done to start on my order. Nothing. An HOUR after placing the order. There are too many pizza alternatives to put up with that.

POORLY RAN, ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED, A WEEK AND A HALF AGO, I WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR A PIZZA THAT WASN'T IN STOCK, WHILE WAITING ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO HAD BEEN WAITING AS LONG AS I HAD, SAW HER PIZZA AND WHEN TRYING TO GET THE PIZZA FROM ONE EMPLOYEE, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CAME OUT OF NO WHERE YELLING AT HER AND THEY ARGUED AND THE EMPLOYEE STARTED BANGING HIS HEAD ON THE WALL. I HATE MY 12 YEAR OLD SON WITNESSED WITNESS THIS GROWN MAN'S TANTRUM. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED. IT'S TIME TO GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND THAT EMPLOYEE SOME THERAPY OR ANTI-DEPRESSANTS, HE'S ALWAYS ANGRYS.

This place is a joke Sunday 2 employees waiting over two hours for an order that said would be 40 minutes, no one answers the phone, can’t get your money back in a timely manner, can’t even get an apology for the garbage service. I would definitely avoid this dump.

Placed order online for pickup and waited over 2hrs to still never receive pizza. Store was not staffed well and management was nowhere in site to help angry customers.

Worst location in the entire city. Took an hour for the "people" in the back to make a pepperoni pizza with no one in the lobby.
