Little Caesars Pizza

My advice is to avoid this location. I used to go here a lot, but switched after they kept taking forever, giving my order away to the wrong customer, and then making me wait a long time while they then made the order again. Today i thought I'd try the place again. Still hasn't changed. I got the notification that the order was in the portal. Went inside and no order in the portal. I waited a bit and the guy at the counter said they'd given it to another customer so they'd remake it. I waited a good 25 minutes and it still wasn't out. It was only two classic pizzas. After the 25 minutes of standing by the soda cabinet the same guy I'd spoken with saw me and asked what I needed. I reminded him I was still waiting for the order they had given away to someone else. He seemed irritated and then searched around and found the pizzas that were sitting in the back. The guy also had his pants hanging half way down his booty when he turned around which is nasty as it's a food place. Just skip this place and go somewhere else that can get the job done in a professional and timely manner.

Everytime I've gone to this location on Durango and Warm Springs its very poor service by the staff and the pizzas are never ready when they say they will be ready. The staff works in slow motion. Today a lobby of customers waiting for their food and one of the gentlemen yelled back to the workers if someone could come up to the counter and address some of the concerns and a staff member in the back yelled no. And no one came up. I got my pizza and when I brought it home my daughter starts eating it and it had some nasty things underneath the cheese and sauce.

The registers were not working the ac was not working the employees had no clue about the orders given wrong orders to wrong people and I was there for.more then an hour and still they could not get my order so I canceled and left

Ordered online and order was not ready on time. Waited an additional 40 minutes in the store after order was marked ready. It was marked ready approximately 30 minutes after order was placed. 10 other customers were waiting in the lobby. Overhead employees saying multiple orders were missing one item each. Saw multiple items being thrown out due to coming out burnt. Received cold pizza and cheese bread. Only the puffs were hot because that's what my order was missing for 40 minutes. Will order delivery from Dominos next time.

This place is under staffed. They need an option to stop accepting online orders when the kitchen gets extremely backed up. Hire more employees and schedule them to cover peak hours/ days.

Seriously some of the worst pizza I've had in a long time. Cheese and pepperoni were burnt, and the dough was raw. It's like they set the oven way too hot so the pizza would cook faster but it backfired like a rifle with a barrel that does a 180 degree turn. At the same time though, it took a very long time for them to finish our order... somehow. Pitiful.

Overall awful experience. Do they only have 1 employee working? Waiting over an hour on multiple occasions for my food. They need more staff, better staff, or need to be shut down. Some of us, unlike the staff here, have real jobs and lives to attend to.

Ordered Crazy Bread made fresh. Everything was good except the size of the bread sticks .... very slim and wasnt worth it.

i don't know why I bothered to write this review. They have so ma ny bad reviews that one more probably won't matter. Customer service- suck! Pizza.. soggy and greasy - Suck!!! website.. suck!!

nasty place, hot as hell. online order is never on time. there's a long wait at register as cashier works in kitchen as well.

I placed a mobile order and to my surprise, it was done on time!

With this location, I knew this was a red flag 😂

Sure enough I get home, open the box and of course whoever cut the pizza must be cross-eyed. Life what the heck is this??

Also, one side of the pizza is well done and the other side is not.

And what’s not surprising one bit is that these people do not even try to cut the pizza.

I cannot believe Little Cesar’s doesn’t address this

The extramostbest cheesiest pizza had more sauce than cheese. I did not like that. Stick to the recipe. If I want heartburn pizza would of went to papa john

They deliver the pizza covered in oil, raw, uncooked, and uncut, and the place is very dirty. I do not recommend it.

Came in and got an order and the cashier said it was going to be 10 monto be ready! It took 30min!! This place is run by kids that don’t want to be here and are so miserable! Hot and ready is not what I got , horrible service and they expect a tip on top of that ! Not worth it At all!!
