Delivery service is always horrible 2 hrs or longer wait. This location specifically is always busy and still manage to mess up your order. Employees seem miserable always being short handed. Try out a different location.

Staff your restaurant appropriately. 45 min wait time for a HOT N READY pizza is crazy. Good thing I didn’t put a card down on my online order. Enjoy the free pizza employees! It’s on your dumb store manager.

I like their pizza. And Italian cheese bread. Atmosphere is never comfortable. I'm handicapped, bad knees and nowhere to sit while waiting, and I had to wait 25 min. For my cheese bread. Unusually long wait for that.

I have been a customer of little caesars for over 10 yrs. I have never in my life been so disrespected. I went to pick up my order and realized it wasn't enough, so I ordered another pizza from a cashier named Maggie. She told me 20 min.As I looked up from getting my debit card, she had gone to the back and never came back. I ran to the store and came back. She had not fixed the pizza. After explaining how I waited to pay and she never came back. She offered a free pizza. As we waited I asked for the pizza that was in the heater. She said no, it belongs to another EMPLOYEE. Maggie offered to refund my entire order plus the free pizza. She began to back out of what she said so I called her on it. After she tried to explain herself, I asked for her manager name & number and her name. She refused to give me her name or the manager #. She pointed to her shirt and said that's why they didn't wear badges and went in the back, and one of her fellow employees told her to give me a fake number. I called, and the number was fake. The store was in chaos. There were 3 door dash pple waiting for over 30min. Their customers were calling to see how long. Maggie didn't answer the phone. At the end of this, Maggie had 3 other customers that couldn't get service because Maggie was listening to my conversation and arguing. She told us to get out. And she used the f- word. Oh yea, there was a Karen there hipping her up. As she handed me the pizza she began to yell at me and make it out like I couldn't afford the pizza. It's sad you can't get good customer service.

When I’m supposed to pick up an order at 7:30 and it’s now 8pm that’s unacceptable. The location is short staffed but they can’t even update us there 6 people in lobby waiting and more keep coming in. I paid ahead of time or I would have just left. Whoever is staffing this place sucks it’s not fair to your employees or customers

The staff has always been friendly to me every time I stop in. Food is great and delicious. I never had an issue at this location.

My pizza was soggy, greasy and the dough wasn’t cooked. I called the store and was hung up on. I called back and they wanted time to bring it back in to them and they would make a new one. It was already late and I started making something else for my family.i asked for a refund and the guy on the phone said oh I’m going on my break now you’ll have to call back later or call
Corporate. Won’t order from here again the employees are rude and really don’t care about the customers. Quality sucks, and their customer service sucks.

Over a hour and a half wait before I called and they had no clue what was going on and said to just call door dash or maybe come to the store and check. Horrendously ran.

Call ahead if you’re going to order, or you’ll be there a while. The food is pretty standard, though let them know if you want cheese on your crazy bread or there won’t be much. Always a wait when I come here. Staff is a mixed bag, some are really kind and others not so much.

A whole hour before closing and they wouldn’t take my order for 1 regular pizza. He saw us waiting for 15 minutes and took his time to tell us.

This place is horrible. Waited over 30 mins past the order time, and the pizza was cold when I received it. Find another place to get your pizza. Not worth 2 dollars!
