Little Caesars Pizza

NEVERRRR will I ever order pizza here again. The box was hot I glance at it got home which I stay walking distance and the pizza was so dang hard like cardboard. Most of the cheese was hard and burnt smh Highly disappointed do not recommend

I used a promo code for an order. Accidently placed the order with the wrong location. Right away, I realized and looked for a way to cancel but could not find it. I tried calling but it was too difficult to reach someone in the store. Even after calling the number and I did reach someone, the person told me I had to call back and pick a different option. Why so difficult? Even after all of this, I did call back again. For some reason I got sent to Spanish operator. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. On hold once again but this time when someone picked up, they hung up before I had a chance to say a word. Horrible phone system and I wasted my promo and about 25 minutes of frustration. Hard pass

Last time the pizzas had the wrong crust. This time there was two missing pizzas out of four.

I ordered and paid for a large pizza with extra pepperoni and the pizza didn’t have extra pepperoni at all. I paid to have extra pepperoni on my pizza and it didn’t happen. I will not be going back to this little Caesars because this was my first time going there and I didn’t get what I paid for.

I ordered a pretzel pizza and I received a regular pizza.

They never have any "hot n ready" pizza. You always have to wait "5-10" minutes....

This particular location is the closest to my residence so naturally I had no reservations about the general esthetics. However, it was surprisingly clean and professionally staffed with enthusiastic young people with heightened customer service skills. I originally went in for a Hot n Ready as I was in a hurry to get back home and enjoy a relaxing and quiet evening. But to my dismay, they were all out of them due to excessive orders. So I ordered a pepperoni classic to sate my hunger. The young lady assisting me told me it would be about 30 minutes. 17 minutes later, my pie was hot and ready to go. I was very impressed with the efficiency in which my order was received and delivered. Especially during the holiday weekend as I was watching patrons coming and going with hefty orders while I waited for my own. They were cool under pressure and sacrificed nothing to appease the customer base. I would highly recommend them for any occasion that calls for pizza, wings, breadsticks and other accompanying accoutraments that make a memorable occasion become set in stone as wonderfully enjoyable.

Deplorable. Tastes like frozen pizza half way cooked. Bottom of pizza was soggy and pizza tasted a few days old. Took one bite and it went straight to the trash
