Convenient and cheap. Not enough employees to monitor the register
Honestly terrible service. No one was up front for over 30 minutes. My pizza was just sitting there. No one communicated with me, everyone was in the back seemed like there was no manager.
Very slow service. Pizza was great!
Even 10 minutes after the estimated time my order still wasn't even in the oven! Slowest pizza ever.
I walked in at 6 pm 8 people in the lobby and no ready to go pizzas...maybe waiting on the pretzel pizza but....no other options

This Little Caesar's location burns my pizza. Every. Time. And when there's a problem and I need to call them, they don't answer their phone.
All reviews are valid about quality control.. I experienced decent customer services no complaints, but pizza was definitely old and not cut at all… needless to say I will not be returning and I don’t recommend.
Sarayi was very helpful. We ordereded a pizza and crazy bread and we got home and the dough was still raw . We came back and she took care of us. Really good customer service. Saraya deserves a raise.
I ordered stuff crust. Crust clearly not stuffed. Ordered extra cheese. Not enough cheese to cover pizza.
If you read this, just go somewhere else. Somehow the very low expectations I had for little caesars found a way to disappoint.
No dining-in option, and they don't ever have pizzas ready to grab and go. But you can't beat the price and if you're in a hurry just use their app and order ahead.

Did a online order. It showed that my order was ready and I went to go pick it up and asked about my order and they said it wasn't ready. Come to find out the pizza was sitting on the counter and had me waiting for about 25 minutes. This has not been the only time. Can't do this Little Caesars any more. Other customers who had orders as well had theirs all mixed up with the wrong thing. Where is the GM when you need one.

I ordered a pizza online at 5pm for a pickup of 630pm. I arrive at the store at like 625pm expecting it to be a little but longer. I approach the cashier and just check on an update and they haven't even started making my pizza, told me it was going to be another 20min. I asked if I could just cancel my order and get a refund as I did not feel like waiting. The manager that helped me was HORRIBLE he said he was a GM!! Told me that i had to do the refund myself, but didn't explain to me at all. So I asked him how am I supposed to do that, then he calls me a Karen for no reason, and clicks one button and gives me my refund. Zach was the name that he provided for me. I have never heard in my life that you do your own refunds in the FOOD service industry. Zach has terrible customer service and I hope he doesn't last long as any manager.

I went to get a pizza and the cashier was rude and when she assisted with making pizza she didn’t wash her hands she went to the pizza area and started making pizza they wore no gloves and she was texting on her phone . After she put the phone back in her pocket she continued to touch the pizza and put the pepperoni on it . Definitely won’t be back
