This Little Cesars in my opinion is the worst in Las Vegas! I always have problems with either wait times, or qualuty of food, or with employees sitting on their phones when they should be making pizzas. The video im adding was just one of many moments at this location where i feel everyone there should be fired. Also, quick question. Why are you going to have 2 people working on a Friday or Saturday night when you know it gets busy? Can someone please explain this to me? My brother went in to get a job and they said they were full staffed. Well, apparently not! Save yourself the headache, dont come to this location!

0/10 IT WAS RIDICULOUS I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS.IT KEPT DELAYING TO 20 MINUTES AND ENDED UP BEING 3 HOURS. THEY KEPT IGNORING THE DELIVERY PERSON AND WAITED 3 HOURS, HE COULDNT LEAVE OR ELSE HE WASNT GOING TO GET PAID.IT WAS UNEXPECTABLE! IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE A PIZZA YOU NEED TO HAVE ENOUGH STAFF IF YOUR BUSSY. I ALSO ORDERED TWO PIZZAS BUT ONLY GOT ONE DELIVERED.

The worst would definitely not recommend coming here … placed my order online at 5:26PM said it would be ready from 5:59-6:02PM went to go check in store for my order they said it would be 15 mins more and waited then ended up waiting another 30 mins and then finally decided to leave and been trying to get ahold to get a refund and still can’t get in touch with no one .. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Horrible customer service. Was not greeted when I walked in. There was also a huge line of people already in there waiting. I walked in 4 minutes before my order was ready. I eneded up waiting another 25 minutes. When I got my order they forgot my crazy sauce. So when he went back to get it, it was less than half full. I asked him if he forgot something, was this how it was supposed to be. His answer was yes. I've been eating at Little Caesars for decades, and never has it been less than half full. Do better Little Caesars! 😔

I ordered here online expecting my order to be ready at the promise time. When I got to the store I stood there waiting for someone to help me for nearly 10 min before I shouted out “excuse me” I need help. I gave the young girl in the front my order and she said it would be ready in a sec. After about 5 min I asked the girl how long until my food was ready. She told me 7 min. I had already been in the store almost 20 min at this point and I had to drop of my kids to their football game so I couldn’t wait any longer. I left the store dropped off my kids and came back. When I got back my pizza still was not ready!!!! I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was less than helpful. She offered to give me a refund then two seconds later said oh wait here’s your pizzas. I was furious. I will not be back to this location. Horrible customer service and wait time. They need real management in that store. There’s a bunch of unsupervised children working which is why nothing is ready!

The employees are very rude and unprofessional. To have a job in this economy is a blessing, yet the employees don’t feel that way. One must greet customers, offer great customer service and great food quality. This location on many occasions fall short, will not return.
