Something is seriously wrong at this location. Poorly managed and just absolutely unacceptable service.Have been here multiple times using online ordering. Each time I show up when told by system and end up waiting at least 30-60 minutes for food. My last order was solely bread sticks and I waited over 30 minutes past my pickup time for only an order of breadsticks.Actively avoid this location.

Tonight I said to myself give them another chance and not only did they drop the ball they deflated it. They were back logged on orders several people waited for an hour plus, several orders were missing or not made and the Manager Iris wouldn't even acknowledge any mistakes or apologize she even refused to come up to the front. Jason Creech, sorry if I spelled your name wrong was able to address customer concerns and continue to make orders,no one else in the place seemed to care. Madison was moving pretty fast but she was making incoming orders and didn't seem concerned with any of us waiting in the lobby for an hour plus. Mistakes happen as a manager a smile and an apology goes along way, some of us have worked all day and we simply want to get dinner and go home, acknowledge the customer and at the very least pretend to care. This place is sad it's needs an overhaul explain to me how Jason was acting more like a Manager than the manger. I will not be returning and I will be following up with corporate if no one reaches out to me. And my real rating is - minus 5 stars !!

Please don't waste your money or time!!!this is the only Little Caeasars in the neighborhood. And I am very disappointed I placed a online order. Went to pick it up and and she was still working on my order. 3mins later she gives me my pizza, I grab my soda first thing I notice was the soda was hot. But I said to myself I'll just add ice! So I get to the car something tells me to check the box because it wasn't hot and sure enough I pinch the pizza and it was "COLD" Sauce, Cheese, Pepperon and the bread was dry! I usually don't make a fuss but I had to return and get my money back. Ugh she didn't even apologize and I had left a tip! reading the other reviews. This place needs new management and training..

First time ordering at this location, BUT it was through the app. We pulled in to the parking lot of the establishment and saw many customers waiting outside. I thought "oh wow, they must be busy." Well. We waited for 2 hours and we were the last ones before shutting their doors. According to the employee, the orders were hard to make. We ordered breadsticks. Breadsticks. My kids were with me and it is sad to say that just a small order could not be done!?? I think there's a much more bigger problem going on. Its unacceptable and somebody has to be held accountable. It was not a good experience and I highly do not reccomend this place. Management team needs to fix this issue.

Little Ceasars is know for there Hot-N-Ready pizzas. This place is a joke. I walked in at 5pm and had to wait 15 mins just to order. I wanted 5 hot-N-ready pizzas. They told me it would be "an hour wait. Will that be okay?" I'm like what? This is the fast food of pizza, and they are telling multiple guests an hour wait.

Twice now waiting multiple hours after delivery is supposed to be here. No one answers phone, when they do they can’t find order. ALL LIES!!!!
There's nothing I can add that the numerous other 1-star reviews haven't covered. I keep hoping that corporate will clean up this location, but it's been over a year now that the terrible service has been allowed to continue. We often get Chinese from a restaurant that shares a parking lot with this location, and every time I return to my car, I look into the Little Caesars to see a small crowd of clearly disgruntled customers, reminding me why I don't give this place another chance.

This location doesn't deserve any star at all. Waited an hour and a half for pre ordered pizza. I just left idk if I'm going to get my refund but it's not worth all this wait for 1 pizza that was never made. Employees are the worst no help and they didn't care. Money and time wasted!

Perfect Chaos!!
Put an order in at 6:15pm, order says it'll be complete by 715/720. We go there at the estimated time said. Get there, no order was even started. After waiting an additional hour and 20 mins (2 hours from order time), it was ready.The hour and 20 mins we waited we witnessed upwards of 15+ pizzas come out burnt, 3-4 food delivery folks cancel and walk out, as well as 8ish people requesting refunds. Another customer brought her order back in bc it was all the wrong between 4-5 pizzas....Not cool. No communication. No support. No apologies. No nothing!!!!
