Absolutely terrible customer service. They shorted the driver the 2 liter of soda and basically told me it wasn't their problem. Couldn't be bothered to fix the issue and basically told me to piss off. Could have made better frozen pizza that wasn't burnt. Would have given zero stars if I could
I place a order on New Year’s Eve around 7pm. I went to pick up the order then was advised by the manager that they ran out of dough and cheese. I felt that my order wasn’t made due to the store closed early for New Years celebration. Then I couldn’t get a refund right away because I paid with a debit card. I’m still waiting for my refund. I ordered 3 pizza. I had to wait 10 min. That's fine, but I thought the classic was supposed to be always ready to go. The bestest was fine, it was ready. I wanted 2 classic so I waited. One was almost burnt crust and the other classic was half cooked. I don't know how that happened. Rushing too much I guess. Not too happy this time around. It's my neighborhood place so I'll still go back give them another chance.
