Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:00, I got there at 6:15 and it still wasn’t ready. Got a notification at 6:37 that it was finally ready so I go back inside and they told me it still isn’t actually ready.

Sat for an hour and a half for 3 pizzas they have no sense of time no rush at all dragging their feet and drooling on themselves horrible work ethic fire all the people and re hire because this is actually sad to watch

Had me waiting for 2 pizzas I pre ordered online for almost 30 mins after pick up time. The whole time they were in the oven, where they “checked” multiple times and couldn’t find them.

Absolutely terrible. I call and they tell me to wait an hour to an hour and a half. I do. I get to the store then after. They tell me nobody has my order and even though I called THAT LOCATION that it’s an answering service and I did not speak to anyone there apparently and that they don’t have my pizza I was told to wait for an hour and a half to get. So I drove all the way down for no reason. The lady there took no responsibility and I did not have time to wait any longer. 0 stars if I could. Not to mention they advertise at this time they have pizzas always ready which they did not. Nothing but lies and terrible delegations when it comes to ordering. Do not order here. Go elsewhere. Waste of my time and gas.

This Little Caesars is what I expected. It was busy with lots of customers in a rush. The staff was hustling to get the pizza out. The food was as expected. Nothing wrong with the wings or classic peperoni. The staff was doing there best. The customers were ghetto and that definitely was effecting the overall experience in the store. The staff was challenged with some of the uber eats or whatever pick up orders were happening. The crazy sauce was bomb

I'll be there asking for regular Pizza 630 pm almost 3 Times And Tell me one hour I'm saying thank you I don't wait for one hour too long 😭😭😭

The people who serve you are very bad. I spent more than an hour and a half waiting for a simple pizza and the boy who serves everything is dirty and is working with food. A very ugly place. It is not recommended to buy pizzas in this place. I don't know since when fast foods don't have a good service

My order was supposed to be delivered at 1:05pm but arrived at 12:52pm. The pizza is uncut and not cooked thoroughly. The so-called manager claims, over the phone, claims that I have to bring the pizza back in order to receive a refund. I told him they need to come get it but he says they can’t! Then, when asked, he says they don’t have a district manager nor does he have the number for corporate. After I tell him that isn’t true and that he does have a number for one or both he gives me the corporate complaint number. They try to tell me that they will only give me 15%of my money back or I have to wait 1-3 days for someone to call me back to determine IF they will give me a full refund for an uncooked pizza I’m not eating. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! You got paid today and gave me bad food, I want my money back today! I ask for a manager or supervisor and learned that he gave me the number for Four Dash and not Lil Caesar’s!

I placed an online order for delivery. Three delivery drivers and one hour later I am informed by the third driver that my food isn't even ready yet! I tried calling and no one picks up. It's just a recorded message that tells you to select a number. Pushing the number doesn't work, it just repeats the recorded message.
