Little Caesars Pizza

The lady at the register was super nice and super helpful. But the manager nay nay was extremely rude to her staff, loud, and barking orders. We had walked out with another customer and they even agreed that the atmosphere was hostile and it was better to wait in the heat outside . She just seems to make everyone extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely zero customer service on her part. I feel sorry for the people that work there. Having to put on a smile and do their job regardless of her crappy attitude. Kudos to them.

the pizza was SO GREASY it was literally only 2% bread 5% marinara and 3% cheese and 90% OIL im not even joking it was so disgusting this was literally supposed to be my cheat meal im a wrestler and this was the only day i could eat something yummy and this just pmo and ruined my appetite it really did. thanks a lot

Just ordered pizza and it was not prepared and cut properly I guess I caught them during rush hour and they just rushed thru it. My crust was almost triple its normal size because they didn add the Sauce all the way to the top where it’s suppose to go.

Pizza was decent real problem I had was when I went to go pick up my order the door for the machine did not open which could be opened by them and handed my order but this process then went to take twenty minutes for someone to assist me. So food was decent what I would expect from little Caesars but the service and atmosphere clearly scream I don't care about the customer. Very disappointing.

It’s the closest to me but they’re always behind.. I know they’re trying but I really hate that I have to wait 20 mins even after I order online and it said it was ready ..

None of the employees are wearing gloves and are making your pizzas with their bear hands and handling transactions I asked the kids if they normally don’t were gloves and they responded “I mean we wash em “ . Wasn’t happy to have a bunch of dirty kids touching my food with there nasty hands .

I placed an order that should have been done at 6:40 lm, i go to the location at 6:35 pm. Its completely blacked out, no power in fhe area. The guy said they'd been out of power cor a while, turns out my order went to a different location. I've been calling this store since 6:40 pm trying to speak to someone about cancelling the order. Got hung up on t3 times before they couod ecen ask what i wanted. Got. Told, to hang up and call back and.press 8 another time. The final time, the young lady i apoke witb said shes not at the store directly, that i had to call as thought thats not the number I was already calling. Its now 8:08 pm. I've gone and paid for a completely different meal, that cost another 32 dollars, wo now i'm out 62 dollars because little ceasers seems to not be willing to anwser the phone, let alone give me back my $31.94. They said i'd have to call in tomorrow to see if i can get the store and its manager. Tf?

Ordered pizza Sunday night waited over an hour and a 1/2.There was 30 people waiting the manager yelling at everyone and a male employee. my son ordered 2 pizzas The rude manager said she called my wife's name 3 times someone else told us 5 more minutes.Then started to argue with me people walking out pissed off then if you don't have them give me my money back Then

She said she called my number.And named I was standing right in front of her.She was yelling at everybody at the store.Tell everybody to leave.I ordered 5 pizzas I will never go to that store again they were cold and I had to grab them out of her hands I grabbed 2 and she would not give the other pizza

Manager was arguing with employees please give him a raise and they was just trying to do there job I didn't even feel like waiting for a hot and ready it supposed to be ready obviously the manager was overwhelmed and stressed the moment
