I absolutely WOULD give a five star rating for all the previous professional and wonderful service I received, but yesterday was completely different. I ordered through the app as usual and as usual, the order was ready in no time (which I always appreciate 🙏)
However, when I got to the store and put in the code there was no pizzas in the shelf.The entire portal was empty, though somehow they still chose to use the very bottom shelf which to me seemed like it was purposefully done to hide the fact that nothing was there.
The two guys working seemed like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing and did not appear sober. They completely ignored me the whole time even when the customer left as I stood at the counter waiting to be served. I had to call out for one of the cashiers to ask about my order and was basically interrogated like I was trying to steal a free pizza before being handed two pizzas that had no sauce on one side and were cut so unevenly that two slices could make a half pizza. I have no clue why the guy would ask for my last name or all those other questions when he failed or refused to load my order in the portal and why I was ignored as the two guys conversed for over 5 minutes

I ordered delivery at 10:25pm, at 11:00 the driver texted me and said she was on her way, then at 11:35 they cancelled the order and said they closed the store early at 10:40 so they never made my order and the driver lied to me. Then they changed their story and said the items I ordered were unavailable.

Ordered thru uber eats Bought 2 for 1. Received 1 Driver said that's all he had. He was late because he had to stop by Albertson's he explained So 1 cold PIZZA Bought crazy bread. No SAUCE I am posting on ever web site I have Uber eats did not help me. So I will be canceling with them And tomorrow I will let BOA handle it I'm a 70 year old disabled woman Not able to get out and get this treatment. false advertisement and Uber eats doing NOTHING to back up a reputable customer I spend alot with them To many other services to use
The cashier Renata M, not a good cashier at all I placed a order of ultimate supreme which comes with mushrooms, sausage, bel pepper, and some onions but she gave me regular pepperoni with just a few onions and bel pepper, I would have open and check before I leave but I was on rush so I forgot to do that this is so pissing me off very disappointed today with lady’s service

Went in about 20 minutes before closing the staff was very nice and the pizza had more cheese than any other pizza I've ever had at Little Caesars.
I got my order correctly and it was fresh.
