I ordered a pizza to share with a coworker on our lunch break, and, while I was eating it, I noticed it was raw. I called them and explained what happened, and instead of offering a refund, they said they would remake it if one of us brought the pizza back. By the time my coworker got back from picking up the pizza, my stomach was too upset to even want to eat it.

Slowest pizza place in town customer service at the counter is well below par the actually GM or owner is very understanding and tries to resolve any complaints but the daily in store workers don't give two cares so it's a 50/50 shot on getting food hot and ready they should call it cold and slow

It’s very ok in terms of Little Caesar’s locations. Pizza is not that fresh even when it’s made to order, if you can believe that! They also don’t give you all items in your order.

We ordered cheese pizza and chicken wings, the most disgusting pizza and almost rotten smelling wings covered with so much sauce that the taste was not felt. The cheese was not melted, it was hard, green pepper was cut into such pieces as if it was not cooked for a person.I really regretted choosing this restaurant.

The pizza crust I got, was as thick as Chiabatta bread is what I didn't like and not too much cheese either as they usually do? I will never again get a pizza from this location, even though I think it was just a fluke? I'll go the next time to the one on Charleston & Decatur and see if it's the case they have changed they're regular classic crust?

Terrible service, I ordered my food at 5:11 on Uber Eats, when they arrived to pick up the food they left because the food was not ready yet, I waited more than two hours for them to finally cancel my order? I called the store and they said we don't understand your complaint, call somewhere else. Wow, I have never had such an unpleasant experience at Little Caesars.

Ridiculous! have to wait 30 mins for a Pizza thats suppose to be already “Hot n ready” waiting for little caesars defeats the whole purpose of going there.

It was supposed to be a pizza party put on by students, but you just ruined it. The order I placed did not arrive. I won't order from you again.

Don’t waste your time. They have no idea what they’re doing. Would rate zero stars if possible.

The store really needs to train their employees a little bit better. They cannot place orders correctly. I place the order today with the store manager Carla. She cannot even get my order right. When I called at 7:28pm to let her know my order was wrong and I didn’t even receive a receipt. She told me that it is the store policy not give a receipt unless the customer request one. What kind of customer service is this? I will drive further to another franchise before I return to this one. Poor customer service is really bad for the business. I feel for the store owner to lose good business these days.

Manager Lisa decided it was a good idea to close early. Not good when you can't rely on posted hours of operation. Guess leaving early is more important than than the customers that keep them in

The owners are part of a franschise and they have four stores in Las Vegas but they raise the price of there menu items by $2.00 in the low income predominantly Afro-American areas. I looked up the prices in all there stores. The Italian bread is $4.00 at the two stores in white areas but $5.99 in the minority areas. Not in just one item the whole menu. Just shows how they really feel. What's the justification on that? Shouldn't it be straight across the board.
