Horrible customer service. Customer comes first. They always say I'll be with you in just a moment and continue to work on other things in the back. You wait 10mins to order and another hour for your order. Avoid this little cesars at all cost.

Ended up leaving- can’t wait over an hour for pizza that said it would take 20 mins.. and there was about 10 people in the store waiting.

update: went to a different location 7 mins down the street & pizza was ready within 10 mins.

My pizza tracker says THIS location hasn’t even been put into the oven && it’s been 1 hour 15mins :o wow. Would avoid.

The service is terrible. I placed my order online, they give you a number for pickup, and they never use the oven. It's just a walk-up; I always wait about 30 minutes just to pick up my online order. They never show their face; we all wait up to 10 minutes just for someone to come out. I recommend that instead of waiting at this location, you go to the one at Decatur and Lake Mead. Here in Charleston, their service is awful.

This location needs to be reported or something every single time we go this place is a mess no staff no hot & ready a pizzas new staff constantly and they don’t know what their doing the manager is a joke and even ordering ahead online gets you no where. I wish I could give no stars don’t order from this location

It makes sense why it has such low rating first off they take over 2 hours to even do the food the driver waited over 45 minutes for them to even make the food I ordered at 6:00 and it is 7:52 and no food I really regret getting this food to be honest & I haven’t even gotten it yet when I ordered the initial time said 7:07 it is way past that and that driver had been there wait at least be considerate. Just really unhappy.now it says 8:22 so I will never order from here again. This was a terrible experience

Good Little Caesars, their punctual and make a decent quality pizza. I will say this location does not answer their phone normally but if you place an order online it will be ready for you. Also convenient that they have a drive-thru.

Literally the worst service. Do t waste your time. I ordered a single order of cheesy bread. It's been 45 minutes and it just went in the oven although the pick up time was 20 minutes ago. Of course there's no option to cancel the order and I've already paid for it. This location is always understaffed and they don't greet you, they let you stand there for 20 minutes Just to tell you they haven't started cooking your food. WORST LOCATION IN TOWN.

There is no organization at this place. They kept asking the customers who were waiting for their orders what they got. They kept asking who was who and when I was simply trying to order, they let others order ahead. A couple other customers had been waiting for 35 minutes. They kept messing up orders and kept yelling obscenities to each other. This started getting comical.

Orderd at 6 pm on the app 1 large pepperoni and 1 buffalo wing waited till 730 pm to be informed there out of wings. So I left will never eat there again
