Little Caesars Pizza

I bought 3, very simple, pizzas. 2 Extra cheese with pepperoni, 2 extra cheese with onion and jalapen̈o. We got home and the pizzas were dry and over cooked. I had company which I why I bought pizza but I'll never go there again.

Burned my food.. i called no one would resend the food because they dont have delivery drivers. Cheesy puffs hard as rocks. Still had to wait 24 hours for a refund and the manager had a attitude about it also. Im hungry NOW not tomorrow

Flamingo and Pecos little Caesars is horrible. I ordered 3 pizzas from there and when I got home we sat down to eat and none of the pizzas had sauce. How in the hell do you forget the sauce? That's the first thing that you put on the dough. I will not be going back and I will not recommend. Horrible.

Pizza was half cooked. It was all just dough. A gooey mess and I waited 30 minutes for a hot and ready. avoid!!!!

The hot and ready pizza was very old and not even close to fresh. Should have been thrown out. I would not return to this location. The location near my home does a great job of only selling fresh pies.

Horrible service , as you know when you get a refund for something they did wrong you don't give back the pizza ,but when I came in they told me I had to give back the pizza for them to this it away when i showed them what Google says about refunds the lady was still trying to argue the fact they had to take the pizza back , attitude was horrible and had to go through the most over a refund , don't recommend this place or management at all ! Go somewhere else for better customer service and better quality of food items !!

Spent my last little bit of money for my kids to eat just to have hair from a brush in my food I ask the manager to give me my money back for the bread she said she would replace my bread and ended up changing her mind told me to call cooperate!

It's a hit and miss if your order will be ready. Pizza is always bomb but I get emails telling me my order is ready but sometimes end up waiting for my order to be done.

Why do the pizzas don't look like how they look on tv? The cheese and toppings is what makes people want to go and eat there. Then when u gwt the pizza. It's either old and don't look appetizing or there is no cheese or toppings. Like they reserving to make extra. It's sad as hell to do ppl like that. And u pay before u get the pizza

They are extremely rude 10/25/24 @5 the whole team was rude just asked bout Ranch sauce the cashier told another customer off cause we just asked bout price she definitely need reevaluated and supervisor very mean and rude

Missing a pizza and didn't answered phone put me on hold every time

I ordered a pizza here got home started eating and found pieces of plastic in the food will not go back.

This definitely has to be the worst pizza place I have ever been to. I ordered to-go, waited the estimated amount of time I was informed to wait, and went to Little Caesar's. When I arrived I went in to pick up my order with exact change in cash. There were only three people in line needing to order but the tiny lobby was PACKED with people waiting foe their orders and because there is nowhere to wait you are stuck standing shoulder to shoulder with everybody there. The real reason I give this place 1 star is because the girl working the register was moving SO slow that during the 20 minutes I waited not 1 of the 3 people in line to order had been helped. On top of that, this 16 year old at the register, waited until she was already out of change to ask her manager to make some for her. So then the manager comes over and proceeds to move slow as molasses to get this girl $1.80 in change so that the line can get moving again. Knowing that even once she got change 2 more people were going tp have to order before i could simply hand them my exact change (tip included) and simply grab my box of pizza, I just said "screw it" and left. The time to ask for change for the drawer is when you are running low on change, not when you completely run out and have to hold the line up for 20 minutes. I left my order there and Ill never be back. Hire some smarter, faster people and give those that already ordered a place to sit so they dont fill up the tiny lobby (you would think this is common sense but they are working at Little Caesar's after all). Maybe then you can turn this place around. I would give 0 stars but I can't.
