I'm sharing my recent disappointing customer service experience. Dealing with a rude cashier/manager was incredibly frustrating. Their unprofessional behavior truly impacted my overall shopping experience. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, especially when simply trying to make a purchase. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers. #customerservice #badcustomerservice 😠

Today was much better then last Tuesday,just need more cashiers up front,very busy for just 1 person to handle,not good,pizza was nasty on 2/5/25@5 pm, dry ,burnt, no sauce, poor service, dirty store

paid for 2x sausage and got so little some slices have none at all. Do sausage pieces come out of the workers' checks or something? Always something with this place. Last time I order form here.

I think as a fast food chain they should. To implement more efficient service methods. Are. 5 or 6 employees on the shift have a number of pieces already finished and keep people waiting for 20 minutes and those who enter are told a 2 hour wait. I think they should check that service. It is a suggestion.

I would give "ZERO" stars if possible. Worst experience and location ever. My wife and I visited this location a few days ago as walk ins and the individual behind the counter stated it would be a 45 min wait so we decided to lave instead of ordering. We attempted again tonight but instead of just walking in, we placed our order online at around 7:30pm. We arrived at the location at around 8pm, and our food was still not done. We decided to drive over to Dollar General where we spent about 30 - 45 min. Came back to the restaurant and still, our order was not ready. We have now been waiting approximately 2 hours for our order. Not to mention, there were about 4+ other customers who had been waiting longer than us. While we are waiting, employees are walking outside to smoke, walking down to Dollar General, and laughing and joking in the back like people aren't waiting for their food. Nor did any of the employees show even an ounce of any type of customer service to settle irate customers or update customers. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you are trying to get something quick to eat. This location is an absolute joke.

Not only did I not receive my order until 9:30pm, but I ordered a deep dish pizza and if you look at the image, it's thinner than a regular...

Worse Little Caesars I’ve been to in my LIFE! They have horrible customer service and every time you try to call the store you’re redirected to another automated line, being redirected in an endless circle. Will never be returning to this location.
