The food is okay, get what you pay for. The employees are trying and okay service . They aren’t organized when it comes to having a line . If you order online to avoid a line, DONT . You will still have to wait in line 20 minutes or so just to pick up because their pizza portal doesn’t work . The atmosphere is small and smells like piss outside from the homeless

Just close this place down. To many problems at this location, if it’s not the staff trying to give out some cute attitude it’s the damn pizza that takes “hours” to make. Literally I was in this store with nine people just waiting for their orders to come out wrong or not all because of their lack of communication. Either way I’m not coming back and I’ll just stick with Pizza Hut across the street. To future customers that come to this location good luck and prepare yourself mentally to be annoyed with this daycare pizza joint.

Been 25 minutes for one single hot and ready and theyre empty inside. So much for the ready part.Edit: holy cow. I went in to ask after 30 mins and she gave me one of the hot n ready ones off the shelf and it's hard and lukewarm! never once in my life seen a old pizza from little cesars. Order my food through the little ceasers app took them over an hour to prepare a simple order of crazy bread and stuffed crazy bread and I only received half my order but the customer service representative claimed they gave me my whole order I think I know what I ordered and know when I only receive half of what I pay for I will never come back to this store and I will be contacting corporate.

Please be aware. I ordered cheese puffs, and they put pork in them. The person who ate them couldn't have pork. The box says cheese, and since it's a puff, I couldn't see the inside until they bit into it. This is so wrong, and then they don't answer the phone.

It was like 4 of us up front trying to get some pizza, but they would not come from the back . ? They didn't have enough. I'm ready when they did come through the front. Little Caesar’s is always underrated. Sometimes it’s hit or miss. But this little caesars was excellent on taste and price!You get what you pay for. They still got the best prices and when it’s hot and fresh, it’s the best 10/10 pizza in the world. When it’s old and stale pizza and you get a young teen cashier with attitude servicing you it’s a 1/10 for obvious reasons.People don’t know how little Caesars works. They don’t have tables and a place to sit down and eat for a reason. Their main gimmick is it’s “hot and ready.” Meaning your order online or through the app so it’s hot and ready when you arrive, or you take what they have available that’s hot and ready now.Let’s be honest this is pizza for middle class to poor working people. It’s not an Italian pizzeria. It’s little Caesar’s where you can feed 8 kids and 2 adults for 20 bucks. I love little Caesar’s, probably because I grew up and was raised on it. But boy, when y’all make this pizza hot and fresh, it’s gold.The new pepperoni crazy puffs are excellent! They are like little cupcakes of pizza heaven! Crispy and delicious on the outside and soft and gooey and cheesy on the inside! 11/10 seriously!Yes the people working here at this location were lacking in customer service and lacking in English ?? but what they made up for in their cooking skills and little Caesar prices was excellent!! I love little Caesar’s when it’s actually hot and fresh! You can be bad at customer service and make up for it in price and how great the pizza was every time!The Detroit style pizza was super good and less than 10 dollars. The wings were just ok, nothing special but still a great price if you have your own good sauce at home and the cookie dough brownies were fantastic and again, a great price.I’ll never understand an upper middle class woman like a "Karen" who comes to little caesars and orders a specialty pizza and gets mad because it takes too long, there's no place to sit, and she wants to yell at people working for minimum wage and expect her 6-9 dollar pizza to be the best pizza ever. Like for real listen woman, this is little caesars. Hard working people eat here on a budget because 1) it's cheap 2) because it's hot and ready now. I believe there's a new manager, which was needed BADLY!! Would NOT replace my pizzas, he screwed up..He thought he was going to YELL at me and let's NOT FORGET the place was packed! I told him he needed to stop yelling at me to lower his voice and act like a manager! Called me a LIAR over 2 pizzas!! Still waiting for corporate to call me!! He was AWFUL but the cashier tries. Mexican man working the cash register around 8pm don’t need to be working it if he can’t remember, came in for a pick up order gave him the name and he said it was in the oven and almost ready he then leaves and comes back 10 mins later asking who am I waiting on and i give him the name again and he leaves again and come back and ask the same thing very unprofessional and it was only one other person in the store at the time with me so for him to keep forgetting is ridiculous.
