Out of all the little Caesars in the area this is definitely better than others. Usually when you order and pick up its hot and ready. The only thing is be careful to make sure they're open. It'll let you order before they're open, I mean like an hour or so before they open and they won't have it because they've have just walked in but other than that. Tastie ?

I'm 0 for 2 at this location. Just moved here less than a month ago.First time my cheese bread was burnt and all dried out (looked like it'd been cooked hours before), and my pizza was basically raw in the middle (cheese wasn't even melted). I'm hoping the ham topping was pre-cooked.Now I'm sitting here past the time it says it'd be, and I'm listening to everyone that walks in get told that their "Hot n ready" pizzas are going to be a 30 minute wait. Come to think of it, they were telling everyone that, the last time, too.I'm not sure what's going on here, but it's not very busy. It's just me and one other person here after everyone else just walked out because they didn't want to wait.If this is a franchise, and i was the owner? I'd be looking to clean house as far as the employees. You're losing business. We can spend just a couple bucks more and get a real pizza, with no hassle.

I guess it was pointless to look at the app. This is the only little Caesars in town that seems to have issues with updating the progress of the pizza. All they had to do was let me know it was ready I would’ve came in and got it except no, I sat out in the car for 20 minutes kept on refreshing I finally got up and walked in because I noticed it was stuck on in the oven and apparently you have been waiting there. I understand they could be shortstaffed. That seems to be a constant problem with little Caesars, which of course it’s food service it’s not the employees fault but I would love it if the manager or the owner or the GM actually gave a darn would go out and hire more people so that this wouldn’t be an issue. It’s not the employees fault especially on a Saturday.

Just picked up my pizza and got home lol i gotta laugh at this though cause this pizza is so burnt it just looks like someone put it in the oven and fell asleep while making it, I’ve never seen a pizza like this in my life, it’s literally just black hahahahaha. I would have never left a review but I called and they left me on hold and never picked up the phone so now I’ll share my awesome experience :) I should post a picture of this but I won’t. Keep doing a great job everyone.

Horrible experience. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I placed my order on the app. Pick up time said 6:50 got there at 6:45. Was checking the app and waiting for out order to be ready and all it kept saying was that it was still in the oven. Kept refreshing and it WAS NOT moving. After an hour of waiting outside I went in to ask how much longer and why the pizza was STILL in the oven. I immediately noticed there was no pizza boxes inside the pizza portal. But there was about 10 orders placed in the racks directly behind the worker in register. I asked him how much longer for my order, he looked for my name and IMMEDIATELY turned around a grabbed my order from the rack and handed it to me!!! Gave me a little “sorry about that” and when I went to grab my drink all that was left was Diet Pepsi. My pizza was not even hot anymore and I will not be returning to this location.

Lack of professionalism.. all workers seem mad at the world or because they hate what they are doing. The owner or whoever manages this place needs to give workers a raise or something to raise their morale. They need to hire more people who are happier in life and want to work here and teach them about professionalism!
