They told us our order would only take 10 mins however, the four people tht ordered after us got their boxes of pizzas. We had to follow up with the cashier for our order and even then, it took an extra 20 minutes before they came out with our order so they were not really working on ours. The manager’s reason was it was the cashier’s second day, well what about the ones that got their orders before us but we were there first. Manager was rude and pretended not to hear us when we asked for a refund.

The pizza be hot but forsure not ready and the manager be having big attitudes , I think its because they maybe was under staff but then again you had pizza not ready and worker in the back on their phones instead of doing their job but I came here again the other day pizza was ready on time so overall they getting better

Sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes after my order was ready for DRIVE-THROUGH pickup. No one ever came to the window to greet me or tell me to move until my order was ready. Then, inside, as we are all in line, some door dasher moves ahead of us and they proceed to serve his order even after mine was already finished. Horrible customer experience. Manager needs to be replaced with someone that understands the customer service concept. Inexcusable.

Pizza was horrible. Breadsticks was not cooked all the way n stuck to each other. 2 liter of soda was flat. Not feeling good a day later. Never again!!!

Let it be known that the basis of this review is from multiple trips to this location. The worst experience I have had regarding food services came from this store.

I placed a mobile order to hopefully utilize the drive-through pick up at this location. I placed it at 12pm and arrived at the location at 12:30 even though the order tracking in the app never gave an update. Upon arrival, it seemed that there was nobody in the store, customers or employees. I parked and attempted to walk inside, but my the doors were LOCKED, in the middle of a weekday! I waited over an hour for someone to arrive and open the store and no one came (in the middle of the day is diabolical). I called the store, of course to no avail, so I called corporate customer service. Crazy to say that even the corporate customer service line refused to pick up any call. I was left on hold for over 45 mins, then when the hold-music ended, they drop my call, multiple times. Absolutely horrendous. No matter what I did, there was no way for me to get my food or money back at this point. There goes money for that order I'll never see again, and this location and Little Caesar's as a whole can bet I will never freely give them money ever again.

I usually only order online since if you go in the store you will have a 45 minute or longer wait. NOTHING is ever hot n ready. However today I called my order in and they are out of pepperoni and have no puffs. This is the worst little Caesars. If they get your order wrong never try to call and speak with someone at the store they DONT answer at all. I thought because they change employees so often the service would be better by now since its been this way since they opened their doors I was mistaken.
