Just walked in to get Pizza wasn’t greeted no one came to front to assist ..

Staff just openly ignore that there are people in the lobby and get all pissy when you ask how long the wait might be

Where do I begin with this location, it almost seems silly writing this review but I’ve had enough. This location is the closest location to me so this is why I have given them several chance to make it right, shame on me. The manager, general manager and franchise owner really need to take a look at their location. I can say this is by far the worst location ever. Every time I have ordered online we have waited over an hour for our order. Today I placed an online order at 4:47pm. Had to run a quick errand before heading to pick up my order I kept checking the status of my order and kept saying “in the oven”. Stopped in at around 5:45 pm and waited to be asked if I had been helped. When the young man finally asked the name on the order he tells me that it’s almost done and should be done in about 10 minutes. I advised the young man that the order had been placed over an hour ago. Keep in mind the email and on the app it stated that estimated time the order should be ready was 5:10-5:15 pm. Waited for another 20 minutes for one cold pepperoni pizza, refrigerator cold crazy bread (not exaggerating) and a warm stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Only if pictures could tell the temperature!!! As I was in the lobby waiting another customer stated he waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and employees went to the window several times to ask him what his name was as if it was his first time coming to the window every time. This location should be shut down and I hope people come to their senses and stop going to this location. I will drive to another location no matter how far it is from me from now if I decide to go back to Little Caesars ever again. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I order from this location two or three times, my order is never ready when I arrive and I order ahead 30-40min. The last two times I literally had to go behind the counter to get a worker's attention after standing in the lobby for nearly 30min. And apparently no one working at this location can read because the order is never correct.

placed an order for pickup. confirmation email said pickup at 6:07pm, I sat in drive thru until 6:45p. drivethru attendant was cold and no resolution nor offer to make right. worst little caesars in the valley

Who ever buttered the crazy bread today 8/31/25, deserves all the sloppy they can get! Omg they made that bread DRIPPING, and it was the best little Cesar experience we've ever had!

The employee was drunk very bad service

Cashier was committing fraud by over charging me for 1 pizza and 1 set of 8 piece wings. He tried to tell me my total was $72.57. I repeatedly stated my order back to me with no explanation from employee until I had to ask for the store number and a corporate number that’s when things change!!!

Double check your orders people and prices!!

The tracker said that it was in the oven for about 45 minutes. After about 20 minutes they said it would be another 10 minutes but was a lot longer than that. I suspect they made the pizza and didn't make the crazy bread, forgot about me and gave the bread to other orders. Got home and it was what I would expect for a pizza that sat around for an hour or so. They should have made a new pizza at least.
