Truly wanted to love this place but my partner and I had our experience ruined by one of the servers. She started off nice, not very attentive, but we looked past it initially. Not long when it came down to multiple instances we noticed she’s dancing and lacking in service. In all honesty, when it came down to the bill, we thought absolutely no tip, which isn’t like us. However, my partner paid with his card and was going to give her cash, because that’s just who he is. Before he could even get the money out of his wallet she said, “ that’s how much the bill is and that doesn’t even include my tip”. I told my boyfriend to keep the money in his wallet, it’s not needed. She scolded us and when we asked for to-go lids for the unfinished drink we paid for, she tossed them on the table…and walked away lol. We were so happy to just experience a black business and be around more people that look like us. Employees like that are bad for business.

We were sitting outside, and the wind was so strong that our food, utensils, and napkins kept flying off the table. When we asked to be moved indoors due to the wind, instead of addressing the issue, we were given the check and boxes. The customer service was disappointing. While the food was great, I wouldn’t recommend dining here if you're looking to sit down and enjoy your meal. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with us being one of the few, if not only, Mexican families in the restaurant, but it certainly felt that way.

Food was not good and the manager is unprofessional and lack customer service. He’s pointless. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

The atmosphere was excellent, I'm not going to lie about it. The food was sub-standard. The service was lacking. I waited 10 minutes just to get a refill of water. The chicken and waffles were horrible. Banana pudding was hot garbage. The red velvet cake was dry as the Las Vegas desert in the middle of summer with suffering from a drought.

I was very disappointed at the service and food. I brought my family there and after an hour and half of waiting we placed our order Togo. What a mistake! The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil, waffles were terrible and they gave us no syrup, all of the side were terrible and the cornbread was dry and crumbled. Don’t waste you money at this Las Vegas location. It’s over priced, service is terrible and the food 1 out of 10.

Atmosphere and music was great! Our waitress was attentive and had great customer service. I was a bit disappointed with the food. The portion was large, but the taste was mediocre...didnt have as much flavor as I expected. I had the mac & cheese, mash potatoes, and catfish.
Also be aware there's an automatic 20% 'large party fee' added to the bill.
Oh, we didn't get our photos as promised by the photographer.

I got disappointed with relation price/quality. Service was good, but food not, mainly because seems to be overpriced. Lemonade was too sweet and the chicken was dry and lacking in flavor.

i ordered my food online & didn't have condiments for my order also did not know it's corn in their cornbread 🤢

Ordered the yams and macaroni & cheese with smothered chicken. No flavor didn’t look all that great but still gave it a shot the cornbread is dry the chicken needs flavor and the Mac n cheese was more than likely remixed box kind.
