The chicken was on point—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. No complaints there. The waffle, though, was a letdown: extremely soft, not much flavor, but still edible with the meal. I also ordered the banana pudding, and honestly, it was the worst I’ve had. It tasted like plain pudding with two cookies thrown on top and some sliced bananas that looked like they were going bad.

Overall, if you want solid fried chicken, this is the spot. The service was good too. My only issues were the waffle and the banana pudding. And if you haven’t tried the grape lemonade, it’s fire.

When I was there are month ago they ran out of silverware and gave out plastic. Service is not good and employees seem overwhelmed.

They had a great music play list going so that helped but the wait was almost 2 hours, our server didn't seem that friendly and the food was just OK....for all the hype it wasn't worth it in my opinion but if you want to be able to say you went there go, now that I have I don't have to ever go back!

Customer service so poor they decided to put a whole through my cornbread most likely with their finger. I am disgusted and will have this escalate this issue and possibly look for legal advice

Food was disgusted! Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease, potatoes hard etc. I visited them when they first open on Lakemead & Rainbow and didn’t care for it so I thought I would give it another try at the new location and was very disappointed!! When you arrive they ask you if you want tap water or bottle water of course no one wants tap water, however when the bill comes we where charge $6 for a bottle water. Never again

I've never had a bad meal. Food was excellent and the sweet tea was ridiculously good. I didn't mind that the prices have increased almost 30%, since our last visit 2 years ago. Service was very friendly and atmosphere lively. We checked in, got an Uber and went straight to Lo-Los our first night in town

They set up large parties by telling them each to figure their own totals just so they can collect additional money. Large parties beware. They do it on purpose. I'll never go back here plus they're smart mouth with nasty attitudes.

I will start by saying my rating is not indicative of the food because it was delicious nor my server once I was seated. It stems from when I arrived at 1pm being put on a list by a gentleman outside and being told there was a 45 min wait for seating for 1. I was ok with that especially in Vegas on a busy Friday. But 1hr and 30 mins later I was still waiting outside in thar Vegas heat because that's the only place one can wait and standing because the benches were all filled. I was visiting and didn't have a rental car so my optionswere slim after walking there from my hotel. I was tempted to leave but I was already invested and by the time I would've walked or Ubered to somewhere else I figured by that time I'd be eating by then, right?? WRONG. I wasn't seated until 3:30 pm yes you read it correctly 3:30pm. So 2hrs and 30mins later. I'm truly embarrassed to even admit that I waited that long because imo no restaurant is worth waiting that long unless it's an extremely large party that needs special accommodations but for a party of 1 that's totally unacceptable for me. I will say once I was seated that it didn't take long to get my order in and receive my food which was a fear of mine. The atmosphere was nice it gave me ATL brunch vibes, the prices for the food were reasonable, alcohol beverages though not so much especially for the size served. Plus the server offered multiple flavors for the drink I ordered but failed to disclose there's an upcharge for those flavors. $18 for that small drink which on the menu it shows the drinks in mason jars so I asked and the server stated they didn't have anymore jars, huh 🥴? Maybe tell a person before they order the drinks. So the drink was not worth it especially since my meal was $28. But other than that my server was nice, knowledgeable, and gave good recommendations. Also inside there was a picture lady walking around asking ppl did they want their pics taken. I thought that was a bit weird and something I haven't seen before except on a cruise. I would go back because again the food was delicious but it would have to be early during a week day and if there's any sort of wait I'd leave immediately lol
