Locals is officially the best poke I’ve ever had!! The seaweed salad was perfectly balanced, soy cucumbers extremely fresh and crunchy, and Furikake Ahi was divine. But the star was the Holo Holo!! And the person who served me (I didn’t get their name) was sooo warm and welcoming. I will go out of my way to visit Local every time I visit Vegas!
I visited Locals after a Too Good To Go purchase and I am SO HAPPY to have found this little gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home! The woman at the counter was so welcoming, friendly, helpful & explained everything since it was my first visit. The restaurant is small but clean & the poke on display all looked incredible, fresh & delicious. When I tell you, it tasted even better- That's an understatement. Poke meat was generous with big pieces of meat. - Flavor was alright, furikake salmon had a sweet chili sauce flavor while the limu ahi had a good amount of salty flavor.
Would skip on the butter corn and garlic edamame sides.
